I had seen quite some cars before I visited Executive Autos. I was pretty amazed when I saw the price they had online, with the low miles; and compared it with the clean carfax that their cars had! But when I visited them I was convinced that the cars that they have is of superior quality than others in the used car business. They know what the buyers look for and always have a genuine bargain to suite the buyer. Now I have owned this '08 Nissan Altima that I bought from Executive Autos for just over a month with more than 2000 miles driven during this time and I have been loving it more and more each day. I would certainly suggest Executive Autos for everyone in the market. You should atleast visit them once, just to realize that getting quality used cars for your price is not just a myth. Buyer beware! Would not by a car from here again. I have bought many used cars, and never had the amount of problems as I have with the car I purchased from here. I was told multiple times that it was a great car and passed their check out with flying colors. In the past year, I have had the same problem with the same part going bad 3 times. The insurance they forced me to buy won't cover it any more. When trying to have a civil discussion with Mr. Hinkley in regards to this most recent time, I was told "he would not have a discussion with me" and hung up on me. Gail is also incredibly unprofessional. No clue how they have stayed in business and gained loyal customers.

At first everything was fine, we closed the deal and got the car, no problems. Then the date for when the plates were supposed to arrive came and went. Just Off Lease told me it would be another week. Then another. then two more. As of this writing it's been FOUR MONTHS and I still don't have the plates. They stopped responding to my texts and calls. I guess now I file charges or sue them in court for selling a car without a title.

What I think are the Cons: Waiting Room is hot and lacks reading material Here's my recent experience, in mid August on a scorching hot day my car (2005 Audi A4) began to overheat and my A/C shut down. As anyone would I contacted my mechanic and with ease he told me to bring it down. Within twenty minutes my car was diagnosed and two hours later the car was ready for pick up. I was amazed at the turnover time and the cost of parts and labor. The bottom line I was fairly priced and offered a discount as always on the parts. Overall, my experience was positive as always.

Bought a Jeep Wrangler from them. A week after having it the check engine light came on. Then while driving it, the front end shook violently to the point of almost losing control. Did this several times. I called the dealership and told them about it and they said they would fix it but because I didn't buy the extra warranty for $400, that I would have to pay for labor but they would give me a break on the parts!! How generous!! All this within two weeks of buying it! Whatever happened to standing by what you sell?? Not these guys. Once they get your money and your out the door, they couldn't careless if your entire family dies in the car they just sold you! Had the Jeep fixed somewhere else. Turned out the front axle was totally falling apart and needed replacing. I guess these guys don't check the cars they sell or just don't care about their customers. They just Armour all the wheels and put it out on the lot. Do yourself a favor and don't buy a car from this dump. I'll be happy when I see the place boarded up and closed down!
