A special acknowledgement goes out to Paul Y. for helping out with a technical issue involving my phone. It turned out that the problem was not with the vehicle but with my phone. Nevertheless, Paul called Verizon and explained the problem and stayed with me until it was resolved. This is not the first time Paul has helped me and he always goes above and beyond to resolve the issue at hand and always with a smile.
