In my sales agreement Jackie Cooper Imports was supposed to provide a second key, I’ve been following up for over 6 weeks and not even an ETA on the timing, with no results. The response every time has been that they are checking with the Manager, but then nobody responds until I send the same request. My experience while I was at the dealership was good, but based on my experience after leaving the lot, I would never buy another car from Jackie Cooper Imports Mercedes.
