THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD ,I BOUGHT 2009 CAMRY FROM THEM IN CASH FOR 6 WEEKS I COULD NOT GET MY TITLE TO CHANGE OWNERSHIP .THE BANK IS HOLDING THE TITLE BECAUSE HE STILL OWE THEM,WHEN I PAID HIM HE USED THE MONEY ON SOMETHING ELSE ,HE GAVE ME THE CAR BUT I CANNOT DRIVE IT BECAUSE NO TITLE,NO TAG ,I HAVE MET COUPLE OF PEOPLE AT THEIR OFFICE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM .HE IS NOT PICKING CALLS THE OFFICE IS ALWAYS LOCKED WITH SIGN AT DOOR THAT THEY WILL BE BACK BY 4 PM EVEN AT 4 NOBODY THERE ,HE STILL HAVE COUPLE OF CARS IN THE LOT BUT TO GENERAL PUBLIC BEWARE DONT BE SCAMMED . I REPORTED TO BBB BUT THEY ARE YET TO GET THEM BASED ON THE LAST REPORT I GOT FROM BBB ARKADIA AUTO IS STILL ADVERTISE FOR MORE VICTIMS .DONT DEAL WITH THEM IN YOUR OWN INTEREST PLEASE .

After taking the vehicle for an alignment, I discovered it needed $8,000 worth of repairs and was completely unsafe to drive. It was leaking gas and oil like a faucet, and I likely wouldn’t have made it back to Chicago safely. The car was an absolute disaster. The manager promised to reimburse me for my flight and the $180 I spent on the alignment and inspection—but after numerous calls, voicemails to the GM, texts to the salesman, and repeated follow-ups, I’ve received NOTHING. They have completely ignored me. This dealership clearly doesn’t care about its customers’ safety or satisfaction. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is beyond unacceptable. Horrible experience!! Purchased a “Certified Vehicle”, in October 2022, took it to service department within a few days of purchase for noise on front end. Service department changed out driver side front hub. Took vehicle back in late November for more concerns. They kept my vehicle for 4 and months with no repairs done. Picked up vehicle in March with the same problems. It has been there longer than in my possession due to poor service department. Now vehicle is back in service for a/c compressor going out. Do not trust the “certified vehicle” program!!

When I went to big 7 my budget was 3000 for a cash car. I looked at a few different cars & narrowed it down to a cobalt & a galant. When I test drove the 2005 galant the a/c was out & the only way I would purchase the car was if they would fix the a/c. Gary (my salesman) agreed & gave me a 30 day warranty. I put 4000 down & my balance was 3047. 10 days later I took my car to get serviced & picked it up the same day, they changed the compressor. A little over 30 days after that my a/c was out again & again Gary agreed to fix it. Tropical storm Bill was expected to make landfall the next day so he told me i'd have to wait until after the storm passed to get my air fixed. 3 days later I dropped it off & picked it up the same day. Not even 10 days later my a/c was out AGAIN! I called Gary to set an appointment to drop it off & he said he had two motor jobs he had to get done so we would have to schedule for the following week..which meant another 8 days sweltering in my car. I dropped the car off yet again & this time I didn't have anyone to pick me up right away so I sat on the bench outside the office and patiently waited. Gary came up to me about 30mins later & told me i had two options 'we can put your car back together & let you leave & try to find a ride to drop it off later today or..cause i can tell you now they're not gonna fix your car while you're here..it's against their policy' I was SHOCKED to say the least. Gary & I exchanged words back & forth briefly but I ultimately chose to leave my car there & continue to wait for my ride since I wasn't too fond of the option he gave me. I am still extremely disappointed in big 7 & they will never get my business again.

BUYERS BEWARE.....do NOT get a vehicle from Big Horn. They don't send invoices or statements and if you're even 1 month late they will come repo your vehicle and will not reach out to you letting you know you're late or even ask when they can expect payment and will not work with anyone during the COVID pandemic. I have NVR had anyone be as rude to me as the lady who works the front desk. They really take advantage of lower income families by repossessing vehicles without even trying to work with you! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The lack of courtesy and professionalism is concerning.

I never thought I would buy a vehicle online and out of state without being able to touch it, see it in person, drive it.....but I bit the bullet because I had been looking for a year for a particular vehicle (specific color, year, mileage, etc). I signed up with cars.com to search for my dream car and never found one close enough. Well, then I came across Bracken Motors with my dream car. The entire experience from the beginning to end was almost perfect. I did feel like I could have saved $$ on the transport free since I received so many bids from other transports for $200 less, but decided to let them handle the transport. All in all, I'm a very happy customer and I would totally recommend doing business with Bracken Motors.

i took my pt cruser to burns dodge to have what i thought was a transmission problem fixed it turned out that it was a broken motor mount i had them repair it! when i went to pay the bill the told me it would have to be ether cash cheque or credit card i in form them that i had an extend warranty plan through dodge and that they could send the bill in to dodge and i would pay the 100.00 deductible they said that no i would have to pay in full around 950.00 before they would give my car back too me! i had no recorse but to pay the full amount! and just the other day july 18th 09 i had to replace my car battery on the pt cruser and discovered that they had failed to reinstall the shift gear gromit and air intake gromit so i will never go back to them for work on my cars and i wont recamend them eather!

North Coast Auto Mall on the Bedford Auto mile is a crooked dealership. They post autos for sale on their website and if you call about a particular car they never answer the phone. So they want you to go on their online chat and ask for your name, telephone number and email. However you never hear back from them and start to get spam email and phone calls. Plus the cars that are advertised are rarely available. Its called the bait and switch, they lure people in to see a low mile low priced car that they advertise on the web and when someone shows up to see this car its been sold. This is why they will not answer phone calls, ever. So you can't call before going there. Its a crooked way to do business and the best advice I can give is to steer clear or be prepared for the bait and switch!!

On January 19th of this year my wife and I signed ALL paperwork for a used car at Pollard Ford finance, our financing was through a third party finance  company.  We are extremely disappointed in our experience, and we feel the need to make all we can aware of our experience, as we are sure we are not the only victims.   A part of the deal was a small repair to be taken  care of in their body shop. I stated we made the deal and signed ALL paperwork on the 19th.  We were asked to leave our trade that day and it would be just a couple of days and our car would be ready. We got a call on the 27th (our car still not ready for us to pick up) that we need to come by their office and RESIGN a couple pages of paperwork.  We wondered aloud on the way why we would need to RESIGN paperwork.  When we arrived we were met at the customer service desk, no office to sit down and talk about what we were doing, just a hurry and sign here situation.  Three documents were laid out in front of us and asked us to make sure our names were correct for the title and sign here, no big deal.  I noticed a yellow sticky note in the center of the Application for Texas Title.  When I removed the sticky note I noticed the numbers we had agreed to in the signed contract on the 19th had changed, this document showed the price for the car we were purchasing had been changed, it was $1000 over the price we agreed on and signed a contract for.  Apparently the dealer funding request from our finance company indicated there was more money available than the agreed to in our contract so POLLARD FORD, WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT, CHANGED ALL THE PAPERWORK, OUR SIGNED AND DATED CONTRACTS, TO GET EVERYTHING THEY COULD FROM OUR FINANCE COMPANY.  THEN TRIED TO CONCEAL THIS FRAUD BY RUSHING US THR0UGH SIGNING DOCUMENTS WITH STICKY NOTES HIDING THE CONTENTS OF THE DOCUMENTS!!  And yes, I have the documents to prove this statement. When we called them out on this they actually tried to refund that amount they added to the contracts with EXTENDED WARRANTIES, UNBELIEVABLE!! I will absolutely never do business with Pollard Ford again and I would advise everybody to do the same.  There is no telling how many times they have actually gotten away with this scheme.
