Solid 5/5 stars. - JosiahG

Solid 5/5 stars. I stopped by on a busy Saturday and was openly told to feel free to look around and check out anything I’d like. Bob was very inviting and incredibly helpful, and Sarah was extremely prompt and pleasant to work with on the financing side. I’ve shopped at some shady used car dealerships in the past, and First City has proven to be the opposite of that. They are very honest and open about their inventory, and made for a very friendly, zero pressure interaction with zero headache.

Service and Purchased Used Car - TK

I have been a customer for 9 years, I have been very happy with the service. Excellent customer service, availability and results. I just bought a used car from GB Motorcars as well. When there was an issue that was found within a few days, they went out of their way to make sure it was fully addressed and repaired and that I was satisfied with the results.

My experience has been positive - Dave

I have purchased two used vehicles from C.J.'s. Used vehicles, heck brand new vehicles, are all man made creations and therefore it may naturally be assumed that they are inferior from the start. Used vehicles, it should go without saying, will continuously need some sort of service and repair, pretty much ongoing. If you get yourself a vehicle that requires little maintenance each year, you can count your self very lucky! Maintenance free automobiles, are a rarity! Most of the time I have brought my vehicles back to C.J.'s, and nearly always any issue I have had, has been remedied. Yes, once in awhile, an attempted fix made need a little more tweaking, but rarely. As a person who has been on a very tight budget for a long time, I have always found the Proprietors at C.J'S, have been very helpful in giving me solutions and ideas that work within my budget. I am appreciative of that thoughtfulness on their part. Trust me, I have been royally screwed over in my lifetime, by Garages, Shops, and Mechanics, who took me for a sucker. I have spent sums of money I didn't need to. Yes, we all need to be careful who we deal with, yet I think if you are considering purchasing a vehicle or need to have your vehicle serviced after purchase, through C.J.'s, you should be fine. Act like a spaz, be an idiot, make absurd demands, swear and cuss, be impatient, be a snot nose, and be all defensive when such a posture is overkill, then expect bad service in return from anyone, let alone C.J's. If you are one writing a negative review, and if you are a person telling others to steer clear of C.J.'s auto village, then I have to wonder just what sort of personality and psychology you present to all your fellow beings, that you encounter. Are you going into a relationship with this Dealership, looking for a fight? Do you have a nasty attitude going in, if so, then no wonder, you have a problem with this Dealership. If you want a good experience, and act like a mature adult, I would bet you will have a decent experience, if you choose to transact with C.J.'S Auto Village. Business owners are human like yourselves. Yes, they choose to deal with the general public of humans by the nature of their business. What sort of person you are, to deal with, says it all, when it comes to the nature of the relationship or experience, you have at C.J.'s. As for myself, my experience has been primarily positive. I do not see any signage or commercials or anything that tells you, that this Dealership is going to treat you like a King or Queen, that you imagine yourself to be. Get real, you are simply a potential Customer. You will be granted a no frills transaction. Behave yourself and maybe you will EARN(not automatic) the status of a "Valued Customer", a mutual respect and understanding will then develop. Basic, right?

They do not stand behind there cars - myrickjenn

I truly believe I was sold a lemon. After owning the car for less than a month, I have had the alternator go and know the check engine light is on. When I called to get it fixed I was told that they do not have a tech to look at it at either location. I have reported them and I am telling EVERYONE to stay away from them. I will NEVER do business there again!

I could not have been happier with my car buying - Trimalchio

I could not have been happier with my car buying experience through Scott at NH Cars. I live in MA and bought my dream Lexus ES350 at an incredible deal. Finding one in my desired spec/color at a reasonable price proved to be impossible within my local area. I'd gone to dealerships as far away as NJ/NY and got hit with the, 'that car just sold' or get a sales quote tacking on a $2,000 safety and reconditioning fee. Within 3 hours - I arrived at NH Cars, test drove it, agreed on the price, went to the local credit union they have a relationship with, locked in a great rate (I'd been shopping around for this as well), went back to the dealership, signed everything, took the papers Scott readied back to an RMV in MA, got my plates, drove back up to NH, returned my rental, got in my new car, and drove home. They even threw in all weather floor/trunk mats unsolicited. If you're reading this, sorry boys I had to take the tint off to pass inspection, but the whole family is loving the car and we couldn't be happier.

I’ll keep it short - honesty and integrity. My entire family felt comfortable there and they went above to make us feel that way! We didn’t have a great budget or a lot to put down and they made it work for us with a reliable and safe pre owned Honda Pilot - can’t thank them enough. Would send my closest friend to these guys without question.

Not to be trusted. - M.

Not to be trusted. I had been in contact, in writing, with Lepages for over a week to confirm the day I would buy the car. I drove 45 miles to find out the Lepage had sold out the car from under me. No message or call telling me the car had already been sold, which would have saved me two hours of driving. I tried to buy the car, but Lepage decided to sell it to someone else, evidently before I arrived.

Best customer service ever - Rissa

1. No extended warranty program was offered. 2. 4 weeks and 2,000 miles later all four brakes were needed. 3. 1 week after that the transmission needed to be rebuilt. The dealer offered NO help. I was stick with over $3,300 in repairs within 5 weeks of buying the car.
