Zach, and all the customer-facing staff at Honda - Bob and Patti

Zach, and all the customer-facing staff at Honda Stratham, are simply wonderful! They really go to great measures to be very accommodating and engaging. Mashed you feel like you have a partnership vs. engaging them merely as a service provider.

I worked with Jimmy Breitmaier ten years ago when I - babykidden701

I worked with Jimmy Breitmaier ten years ago when I bought my 2017 Tiguan. He was helpful and confident with the product. Ten years later, I was toying with the idea of a new car and low and behold, Jimmy Breitmaier was at the same desk he had worked 10 years before. He and I worked out the particulars and He went way out of his was to find the color I had chosen. I am a proud owner of a 2026 Taos. Thank you Jimmy Breitmaier. Liz Dickinson

I’ve known Dan for over 20 years, since he first started - Msachs603

I’ve known Dan for over 20 years, since he first started selling cars, and he has always been a stand-up guy with tremendous integrity. When I started TAG Pressure Washing Services, Dan didn’t hesitate to support my business and help open doors for us. That support goes both ways—when it comes to our vehicles, Dan is the only person we trust. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, transparent, and genuinely puts his customers first, I can’t recommend Dan highly enough. Great businessman, even better person.

I had a great experience buying my first Audi at Audi - Chris M

I had a great experience buying my first Audi at Audi Stratham! I had the pleasure of working with Genesis and Brian, and after having years of really bad experiences with sales and service, it was truly refreshing to work with people who took the time to walk through everything with me, answer my questions, and just make me feel like I was a priority. Genesis, Brian, and the Audi Stratham team took great care of me and my car! Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone, which is more than I can say for my last two car purchases. I love my new Audi Q8!!

I have bought many cars in my lifetime but this was the - irishshelley57

I have bought many cars in my lifetime but this was the easiest most pleasant experience I have ever had. My granddaughter needed a newer car-hers died on the side of the highway! We went to 4 dealerships looking and hours of research on the internet. Stopped into Portsmouth Car Center on Sunday and they were so busy but took the time to tell us to feel free to look around the cars were all unlocked. we walked around and found a couple of models that might work. Elijah gave us the keys and we test drove it. I loved the fact there was no pressure, no trying to upsell! It was late so we decided to "think about it". I called the next day and we got the perfect car, great upfront pricing, incredible warranty and excellent finance rate. I have never left a dealership feeling so good about the decisions and felt so appreciated. Highly recommend this place ask for Elijah Fox and Jake.

Perhaps the most rewarding experience for buying a car - rgreen619

Perhaps the most rewarding experience for buying a car ever. Joel went above and beyond to ensure that our questions and concerns were addressed. Personally intervened, addressed, and resolved a DMV issue within minutes of being notified. Wife is thrilled with the car. Joel's unmatched professionalism and personal demeanor are noteworthy, and we look forward to the next visit. Definitely worth the 3-hour drive from Connecticut. A 5-star visit!

Have purchased many vehicles over the years; however, my - Mabs

Have purchased many vehicles over the years; however, my recent experience purchasing a used vehicle at Volvo Cars of Exeter was extraordinary. Professional, knowledgable, & fair; courteous staff (Henri was great, with timely responses to outstanding questions); and attention to detail which went over and above expectations (i.e. cargo cover, floor mats, touch up on the hood, rear wiper, vehicle detail all taken care of) ~ the car sparkled when I arrived~! The smoothest & and most stress-free buying experience I've ever had~ a true example of a great car buying experience. Will be returning to Volvo Cars of Exeter for future vehicles ~ highly recommend!

The entire staff at Key Auto in Somersworth are by far - Soulmates2k

The entire staff at Key Auto in Somersworth are by far the best! They treat you with respect and in a friendly, relaxed manner. We went to the dealer we bought our truck from new to see about a trade for an SUV. They treated us in an insulting way and didn’t even come close to matching the offer from Key Auto. That dealer lost a long time customer and Key Auto gained one! Rob, Bob and Dean are great people to do business with. They take the stress of buying a quality vehicle away and make you feel at ease! Thank you.

Just bought my second vehicle from Caleb at Marc Motors. - Jim Mulligan

Just bought my second vehicle from Caleb at Marc Motors. Traded in the Nissan I bought new 4 years ago for a 2 year old Jeep. Last year, Caleb also helped a colleague who found exactly the deal on a Nissan Pathfinder he was looking for. Great selection, zero pressure, quick and easy financing. And the service department here is outstanding.

First City Cars and Trucks is the only dealership I’ve - danapeoples

First City Cars and Trucks is the only dealership I’ve visited where I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process and experience of buying a vehicle. After being left in a pinch to look for a vehicle that fit my criteria and budget, I thankfully found multiple listings from their website that checked out. All their vehicles were in pristine condition and were extremely affordable - well under Kelly Bluebooks recommended value! I visited the Rochester location and throughout the whole process felt at ease of how professionally and carefully everything was handled. Huge xxxxxxto the detailer- every vehicle I drove looked brand new inside and out! Rebecca and Todd were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel safe in trusting them in such a big decision. In addition to the car being priced extremely well for its value, they were extremely reasonable when working out a price that fit my budget. I had to stay in the building after hours in order to add my car to my insurance, and they were more than accommodating, letting me stay as long as needed. Plus, I also left with a nice goodie bag! I never once felt rushed, stressed, or pressured throughout my entire time there which was unlike anything I had experienced at other dealerships. When you’re making the decision of purchasing a long term investment like a car, it’s beyond reassuring to have people in control of the process that work with you and not just for a commission check. I am so grateful I came across this dealership and highly highly recommend driving over and taking a look at what they have to offer.

Bought SL500 sight unseen and had car shipped - Nanettehamptons

I thought the guys were nice at this dealership, but my - sarah.reynolds1231

I thought the guys were nice at this dealership, but my overall experience was very disappointing. I was interested in one of their vehicles and came close to buying it. I don't live nearby, but my kids had a basketball tournament during the weekend that was 30 minutes away, so we had planned on me bringing in my trade to have it appraised, and so I could look at their vehicle if time permitted. I found out on my way there that the owner's wife was driving the vehicle I was interested in for the weekend. I was a little annoyed, but whatever! I still had my truck appraised and worked out numbers. I had a pre- approval from my bank, but Motor City was going to see if if they could get me a better rate. I left while they worked on that, because I had to get back to the basketball tournament for the next game. By mid day on Monday I hadn't heard anything, so I reached out to check in on the status of everything. I received a response later in the day that I got approved, but it had no addional details. I replied asking what the terms were, but didn't hear back. It's now late afternoon on Tuesday, so I call to find out that my bank offered better options. I asked them to send me the purchase and sale, and I would get out of work early and head to my bank. He said he would send it right over at 3:45pm, but I was soon arriving to the bank at 4:30pm, and still hadn't received anything. I was getting nervous because the bank closes at 5pm. I call again and it is finally sent. I immediately forward it to the loan officer, not thinking to look, because we had alreay finalized the numbers while I was there, and I was rushing to get everything done before the bank closed. When signing the paperwork with the bank, I realized my trade wasn't included. Apparently, the "old purchase and sale agreement" was sent on accident, but I never worked the deal without my trade, so not sure where this old one came from. I asked if they would still buy my truck, and they said no. Furthermore, even after all this, they were not willing to bring the vehicle to me, so I would have to now find someone to take me down there. The bank was unable to redo the deal with the trade, because it would then make my LTV too high. I had previously missed out on a deal at another dealership on a vehicle that was the same year, make, model, and about the same miles, which was overall $1,500 less, so this makes sense. I wasted so much time and energy for all this to happen. I feel like the transparency at this dealership is unsettling. I worked in the car industry for many years and this is not how I operated. If you are looking for an honest dealership, try one of the McGee Dealerships. I know for a fact that this wouldn't happen over there, and I think I won't venture away from them again. Most dealership are like this, sadly! I thought these guys were different, but I guess I was wrong. P.S. I should have read through all these reviews before I went there. When looking at their responses, it is clear that they take absolutely no accountability for anything, and are extremely defensive when anything is brought to their attention. This should serve as a red flag for everyone. I previously mentioned McGee, look at their responses to their negative reviews. Examples: How can we make your experience better?, I'm sorry this happened. How can we help?, etc. It actually made me uncomfortable reading Motor City's responses. I am now curious what their response will be to this and what excuse will be used this time around.

Bought an suv from them. Within a few weeks the check... - FrustratedinNH

Bought an suv from them. Within a few weeks the check engine light came on, as well as the tire monitor. I brought it back and paid 100’s of dollars to have it repaired by Paul. Not only did it take almost 2 weeks to get repaired (time I went without a vehicle) but they literally just turned the lights off manually and did not fix anything. Unfortunately this suv has been plagued with expensive repairs ever since. Would never buy there again.
