I agree with everything said in the reviews above. I wish... - Jean99

I agree with everything said in the reviews above. I wish I would have read this prior to my purchasing the vehicle. They were nice up until the sale. Then all the the rules changed. They delivered the car 1 day late, and the car didn't come with all the special "extras" that every car comes with. ie Wheel Locks and sunroof deflector. They said these came with the car, they were not on the car. Yet they were on my buyers invoice. I did have to pay for them. The service and sales deptartments equally are terrible. Service Deptarment is an ultimate JOKE.. PLEASE LISTEN to my complaints. They are all the truth. Today I took my 1 month old car to get redetailed and all the the "defects" fixed. Waited from 9:30 am to 1:00. The car was "finished". When I obviously noticed "defects" I wanted fixed were not. The sales man came out and told me I have been unhappy since day one and that is just too bad. If I want to wait again then MAYBE they can work on those things I wanted fixed. I am NOT a picky person. These are things I PAID FOR!!!This dealership provides poor quality service. Overall.

Very friendly & easy to talk to. - Lynnies

Very friendly & easy to talk to. I had a lil issue with the car I bought but Nick went above & beyond to fix the issue and I am very happy with the out come. Oh and let’s not forget their best employee Cain 🐶 the sweetest fur baby ever!

Me, my family and all of my friends buy all of our cars... - maria09

Me, my family and all of my friends buy all of our cars there and we all have them serviced there. I was surprised to read a bad rating because I have been dealing with them for over 15 years with not 1 problem. It is the only car place I would go to. They are very honest and they care about people not just what money can they make today. I wish there was alot more business's like that. If there was our world would not be so upside down right now.

Great Experience - Ed911SC

The truck was exactly as described. Price was very fair considering the nice condition of the vehicle. Worked with the owner, Glen who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased a 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid from - dtgoody2003

I recently purchased a 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid from Toyota of Turnersville, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A huge shout out to William, my salesperson, who truly went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me choose the right vehicle—not just making a sale. He answered all my questions, walked me through every feature of the RAV4 Hybrid, and made the whole process feel effortless. His friendly approach and attention to detail made a world of difference. I absolutely love my new RAV4 Hybrid, and I highly recommend Toyota of Turnersville to anyone in the market for a new car. If you go, definitely ask for William—you’ll be in great hands!

What an AMAZING car buying experience I had at Capital... - Edna W

What an AMAZING car buying experience I had at Capital Auto Sales of Chantilly. First of all, I had been wanting a luxury SUV for the longest time to be my future family car. I shopped around for months looking at Cadillac, Lexus, BMW, Infinity, Audi, etc. What really narrowed my search was I was on a fixed price point. They understood my situation and listening to my concerns. Tee worked with me and my husband and truly went above and beyond. They now have a customer for life.

BEWARE. - Joec84

BEWARE. Very dishonest. If you have limited car knowledge, they will take you for all you've got. The stereotypical thieving car mechanic was created to describe shops like Ditmire Motorworks. Steer clear!

This is where to buy a car!!!! - dondadda

I purchased a 1996 Nissan Altima here in 2006 and what a great car it was! I got 238,000 miles out of that car. The staff was always helpful and there for me when i had a question and helped with anything i needed. Great cars and prices, and a really friendly staff. MFC!!!

Just got my hands on a 2013 Lexus ES350 from these folks, - Dansby

Just got my hands on a 2013 Lexus ES350 from these folks, and I gotta say, they made car-buying a breeze! Communication was spot-on, pricing was fair without the usual haggling drama, and they're seriously customer-friendly. Bonus points for letting me bring in an independent auto inspector. Quick, easy, and transparent – totally recommend this dealer for your next ride!
