From start to finish, this process was extremely easy. - courtrevolution

From start to finish, this process was extremely easy. I did the majority of the documentation online. Which made the dealership process even easier. Once I got to the dealership, Jake made everything go very smoothly. I was able to test drive the car and by the time we got back to the dealership, the majority of my paperwork was finished, and I was in and out in less than an hour. Very impressed. Customer service level was top-notch. And they even offered to take a picture of me with my new car with a big fat bow on the hood. Thank you very much to Carmax in Sicklerville for giving me my dream car.

This is our second Subaru from Ciocca and it was the most - WebWizard2050

This is our second Subaru from Ciocca and it was the most hassle-free experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. We LOVE our Onyx Edition Subaru and the wonderful features it comes with. Plus the Turbo WOW and just the whole package including the black rims. Highly recommended to start your search at Ciocca because even if you don't buy a Subaru, you will find the vehicle that is right for you. But get a Subaru already! Also talk to Elvis who will put you at ease and help you through the entire sales process. Looking forward to years of safe driving. Also thanks to Ray in finance and GM Brendan for helping take care of business!

Working with Scott Hurff and the entire team at Prestige - Gunjan

Working with Scott Hurff and the entire team at Prestige was smooth, professional and completely hassle free. From our initial query, Scott reached out to understand our needs and had the vehicle ready for us to test the moment we arrived. Scott was knowledgeable, patient and thorough when explaining the vehicle's features, never making us feel rushed. Unlike typical car buying experiences, there was no pressure, no games or gimmicks and no back and forth. Everything was transparent and fair. The entire staff was courteous and efficient making the paperwork fast and effortless. We highly recommend Scott and the Prestige crew looking for a stress free vehicle purchase and we would gladly buy from them again.

We had a great experience with Bridge Auto Group on - Bgo2u55

We had a great experience with Bridge Auto Group on December 10, 2024 especially with our sales man Bob Weiner. He did not over sell the car we purchased, he allowed the car to speak for itself. He was patient, warm and we thought he did an excellent job with the whole buying a used car experience. We would definitely recommend Bob and this dealership to others.

Don't be fooled by claims of a "staff turnaround" at this - Winterborneryan

Don't be fooled by claims of a "staff turnaround" at this dealership. My experience suggests the same unprofessional culture remains. I purchased a 2023 cornflower blue Volkswagen Taos CPO vehicle that had a check engine light on, immediate mechanical failure, and was missing legally required CPO documentation (NJSA 56:8-68). After I contacted the lender, Ally Financial personally voided the deal due to these red flags. When I returned to the dealership to finalize the unwind, the experience was appalling. I dealt with a salesman named Adam who was aggressively dismissive and fast-talking. When I asked for his role/title, he refused to give a straight answer, stating only that he was "someone." After realizing the deal was dead and he wouldn't be getting a commission, his "professionalism" completely evaporated—he retrieved my original keys from the manager’s desk and physically threw them at me before walking away without a word. The lack of transparency, the failure to provide legal disclosures, and the staff's hostile behavior are inexcusable. If you want a dealership that follows state law and treats humans with respect, go elsewhere. Avoid Adam and this entire management team. P.S. Since returning this car, I have been receiving a flood of "Adverse Action" letters from secondary credit unions and lenders. It turns out the dealership severely overpriced this vehicle relative to its true risk profile and extensive repair history. Lenders looked at the inflated price tag on a 2023 Taos that already required a new fuel injector, head gaskets, and belts, and essentially said "no way." They are already trying to resell this exact cornflower blue Taos as "Certified Pre-Owned" again. Do your homework, pull your own records, and do not let them bury you in a predatory loan for a damaged vehicle.

Great family run business! - Munster-mobile gang

Great family run business! We searched for over a year to find a specific type of van for our large family. We're so pleased the bigger used car search engines directed us here last month. Jim was great to work with and love the family atmosphere. Even my partner was pleased and he's got a great eye for untrustworthy individuals. The van is just what we needed. Really appreciate all the effort they put into making sure it was mechanically sound. Highly recommend coming here for your next used vehicle. We live 4 hrs away and it was well worth the trip!

I needed a car for my wife, and she fell in love with a - s.verstaendig

I needed a car for my wife, and she fell in love with a 2012 Chrysler 300 that Jim had. We drove it a few times to make sure this was the car she wanted, and we purchased the car. Jim was always exceptionally accomodating and he let us drive several cars as a comparison. We took our time deciding, and Jim was NEVER pushy to get the sale. And the end result is that we ended up with a fantastic car at a great price. It is so pristine that many of our friends thought it was brand new. I cannot recommend Jim's Auto Sales enough!

This is one of the most honest dealerships in south jersey. They really care about the customer and don't have annoying sales reps trying to sell you a car as soon as you step on the lot. I would recommend anybody looking for a good used car to go to Mannys.
