Shore Toyota installed a battery in my family member's car and 2 weeks later returned because they were having a starting issue. it was determined that the battery needed replacing and after replacing the defective battery, they AGAIN charged to replace the battery. I've been in the automotive parts field for more that 40 years and have never heard of being charged twice for labor when the part purchased was installed at the dealership

This dealer in our opinion is very dishonest they lie and tell you that they can get you approved that you font need money down ad they deal with numerous banks and they deal with people on fixed incomes,but then they say they need a big down payment thousands of dollars when they say they get people approved on fix incomes,do yourself a favor and go to a dealer that's more honest
