My wife and I worked with Dean Greer, and could not have been happier with the process. Dean is extremely knowledgeable, extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The dealership is top-notch, and everyone I dealt with along with Dean made for a pleasant experience. Also, we had a follow up meeting with Dean for an Encore Session to review the car’s technology system after having the vehicle for a few weeks, and he was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

I purchased a car from A&L BMW on August 26, 2025. Today is October 17, 2025 and my car is still not registered. Called the dealership on numerous occasions and was transferred to the title lady she did not return my calls or take care of the problem. I went to AAA they emailed the title lady asking her for the Title number she did not respond. I called BMW of North America; they told me that the dealer has to register my car no way around it. Called the dealership to complain and got the VM of the title ladies' supervisor. No response. Called the salesperson no response. I never ever belied that A&L BMW will treat their customers in this manner and be so irresponsible. Really frustrated with them. The title lady needs to be fired. Very irresponsible of the dealership. I have never had this kind of experience before with any dealership.
