I have a 2025 Hummer EV which I purchased in VA. After approximately 3 months, the charging system (main battery) malfunctioned! Because I live in MD, I took it to the closest warranty dealership in Elkton on October 20th. To say this experience was extremely frustrating is an understatement!! I had very little to no communication on my vehicle, when I called they had no answers always stating they would call me back which never happened. I put calls into GMC customer care and was still getting no where 3 weeks later. A friend of mine who knows Jason Owens personally, told me to reach out to him. Even though I did not purchase my car from him, Jason jumped on my issue immediately!! He contacted the district manager, explained my problem and kept me in the loop constantly, he even stated that if needed he would go get my vehicle and take it to his shop and get it fixed!! I contacted him on November 17th and on November 26th, my car was fixed!! I cannot tell you how grateful I am and how appreciative I am of all the help that was given me. I am convinced that without Jason's intervention, I still would not have my car. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely buy my next vehicle from them! Their customer service is awesome!! Jason is by far, the best, for a dealership owner to go out of his way for a customer who didn't even buy their car from him, is by far simply amazing!! Thank You so much!!
