I have experienced a great relationship with European Cars of Williamsburg for the past 14 years. During this time I have purchased two Mercedes-Benzs, and have been completely satisfied with the performance of both vehicles. The Service Department is outstanding and accommodating. The service area is immaculate, well equipped with outstanding and knowledgeable trained mechanics. What stands out about European Cars of Williamsburg is the friendly family attitude to satisfy the needs of their customers.

I will never recommend Nissan of Hampton to no one. They don't care about the customers at all. That use to be an excellent dealership but not no more. I wanted a specific vehicle they didn't have it at the time and they did not try to get it. I got stuck with the vehicle that I have that I really did not want any longer. I was being told a bunch of lies. Went to another Dealershipthey were going to help me but I was to deep in the financing of the vehicle that I got stuck with. Taht don't care as long as they get a sale. I will NEVER deal with them again for nothing. They don't care about their customers what so ever and we were loyal customers 6 vehicles 1 used and 5 brand new vehicles within 16 years and all vehicles was top vehicles. I'm very upset asnd frustrated.

Brought a Mercury in for service then found out the cost of fixing it was very expensive so I decided replacing it was the way to go. A saleswoman named Mry helped me. We looked at new Fords and Lincolns. Even though she didn't work used cars she took me there and let me test drive a Lincoln. We wrote it up haggled a little an I ended up with a great car at the price I wanted. I brought the car in for maintenance and minor service. All three times they were very polite and finished in the amount of time they said they would. The service department was helpful, friendly and competent. Believe it or not a good car dealer!

The process could not have gone any smoother! I bought a beautiful SUV in excellent condition. The price was fair and I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely recommend this dealer to my family and friends. If I ever need another vehicle this is where I'll be going.

Let me start out by saying my family received exceptional service at this location! We were helped by the General Sales manager Ben very peasant not to pushy absolute gentleman very knowledgeable, and were looking for a more family friendly SUV! Ben is the man to see if you want someone that is knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to get you the answers to your questions. My family will recommend City to City and be back once the Kids are old enough to start driving!

Can't give 0 Stars. Should have known when it took 2 weeks for them to inspect the car it was a bad decision. Was told that the headlights were replaced which is why it took so long. After 30 days, headlights go out and I'm now told $5k to fix, due to the rigged up job. Dealership told me that vehicle should have never passed inspection. Have left voicemails with no call backs. That was just the most recent thing. After owning the car for 2 days the timing chain broke. Gave that a pass of just bad luck. But similar, no call back from dealer. This place is selling cars they have no intention on standing behind. BEWARE!!!

Wow wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to my purchase 😨 Stay away from these guys‼️ Don't trust these Smooth talking sales guys. Was sold a car with many electrical issues . I trusted Martin about his reassurance but he knew what he was selling. Just a bunch of lies and broken promises. When you follow up you Either you get no response, or you get are a bunch of excuses that are all lies.

Billy Spencer was very helpful. He showed my grandson the car he wanted and made the deal work. Only issue was, I wish he had warned me about insurance on a Dodge Charger for a 20 year old young man. I would definitely call him again.
