I will never use Camping World in Oakwood again. Our camper was there for 4 months and I was told they couldnt get parts. I finally decided to give up and pick it up to us it and was given an invoice that included the parts they couldnt get. As we were driving out there was a crack in our windshield that was not there when we dropped it off. They take pictures when you drop it off so it celarly shows there was no crack. Jimmy the Service manager said it didnt happen there and even if it did we signed a waiver that they are not responsible for any damage that happens while our camper is on their lot. The corporate rep stands by that so I will never use them and I encourage all to stay away from Camping world Oakwood.

I cannot fully emphasize how HORRIBLE of an idea it was to use this company. They work HARD to totally screw you in every possible way! They conned me into believing that they would give me a certain offer that was even written on paper as long as my RV checked out in excellent condition. After a 19 page report actually reflecting excellent condition and everyone agreeing on this condition, they changed the numbers by $25k (you read that right-twenty five THOUSAND less than they offered on paper) and chalked it up to a “mistake” by the online team who conned me into making arrangements to go there. Well they basically forced me to consign my RV with such a deficit and did NOTHING to try to sell it. It sat on their lot for MONTHS and I finally sold it myself to a reputable dealer. Edward Correa GM of Oakwood GA Camping World is a straight up THIEF and CON ARTIST who tried to “sell” me on the fact that they make their own rules at the dealership and the mistake of their online team has NOTHING to do with them. Do yourself a favor and pick ANY other route to list your RV unless you want to be TOTALLY SCREWED out of THOUSANDS of dollars. I worked with JENNIFER TERRES on the online team and JAMES EARLY was the consignment manager at OAKWOOD CAMPING WORLD.

Van heater wasn't working. Took in and 3 weeks later the whole electrical system is down....something that worked great before I took it in. I even have their 45 point inspection to back it up! Guess they weren't going to make enough money just fixing a heater.
