I do not believe that a Service Manager like Saili - Esther

I do not believe that a Service Manager like Saili Almeida should ever speak or express themselves to a customer in the manner she did. Her attitude was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and showed a total lack of empathy when I went to use the car wash today. When I bought my car at Largo Honda, I was explicitly told I could use the car wash as many times as I wanted. Yet, while I was using it, she actually knocked on my car window to aggressively tell me that I couldn't use it. She pointed her finger at me, waved her hands around, and yelled instead of actually talking to me. As a loyal customer, being met with that kind of physical hostility and dismissiveness is completely unacceptable. A management position requires leadership and customer care skills, both of which were entirely missing during this interaction.
