BUYER BEEARE. This was the most unprofessional, disgusting, and disrespectful experience I have ever had. Starting off they were asking full retail price for a vehicle with damage down the entire passenger side that they shrugged off as "they couldn't see it" even when provided with a full, professional repair estimate. Laughed in my face when I told them I wanted the repair cost taken off the truck, and then slandered a well regarded local body shop as trying to scam me, even though I know that the estimate was truthful, because I do collision repair as my job and have done so for years. Even though the final offer was decently fair, me and my wife walked out due to the utter lack of professionalism and respect given to us by both the salesman who laughed in our face and the sales manager who refused to respond to my initial offer.

I Purchased a vehicle through step one and had my daughter go back and purchase one through Amber, who to us was an absolute doll. She was so helpful and so kind you felt like you were sitting in her living room with her. She is someone I would recommend 1000% if you're looking for a vehicle she's kind considerate and so helpful thank you Amber such wonderful customer service and friendship set one should be so blessed to have her as an employee. I will highly recommend her to anyone. I know that is looking for a vehicle.
