Very friendly, they dont push for things you dont want or need. It's definitely a chill, laid back enviroment where they just wanna do business and not run in circles. Was pleasantly surprised and would return again should anything change in the future.

Writing this in regards to my mother in law. She took the car she bought from them in for service & oil change on May 16th. They supposedly did a full inspection & changed all filters. One week later the car’s fan starting making a terrible noise. She took it in, they had her sit there for 4 hours. Told her that in one week a rodent built a nest from fender to fender, that it was a strong rodent because it bent metal, then charged her over $400.00 to “clean out the nest”, replaced a filter that supposedly was changed a week earlier, never fixing the fan or noise. Donley told her the engine needed to be removed to fix the fan & it would not be covered under her extended warranty. Had her take it to another Ford dealership, fan is being fixed under warranty, engine does not need to be removed. Donley saw an elderly widow & took advantage. This is sad & pathetic.

Our sales person, Syerra Wood was great, Bryant Kucera , Ronaldo Deas, just to name a few were great and accommodating and easy to work with, no pressure just total consideration,. Stopped in without an appt. looking for a new car - Dylan went out of his way to get my trade in appraised and estimated financing done right away. The car I wanted was in transit to the dealership. During the process he answered all of my questions and kept me updated on the ETA date. When the car arrived Dylan notified me right away and worked with Service and Financing to see that I drove off in my new car the next day which was a very busy Saturday. Dylan actually takes the time to make sure the customer gets what they want and doesn't try to push a pre sale agenda.

I bought my car last Thursday from the used car lot and Tod was very helpful with helping me find a car that fit my budget and got me into a great car for me and my family..The brakes needed serviced so before I left Thursday they made me a appointment for Today Monday Feb 17,2014..They fixed the brakes at no charge,was very friendly and shuttled me and my kids to the mall and came back to pick us up..This was a great customer service and I thought it was a great bonus since they washed my car when they were done..It needed it..lol.. Thanks for everything one pleased customer.

We have been to quite a few dealerships in the Columbus area. We seen an ad in the Morrow County paper and took a trip to Craig Smith Auto Group. With in a couple of hours we drove home in our brand new car. Other dealers kept us for 3 to 5 hours to work on a deal. Other dealers would not give us what our trade was worth. Craig Smith gave us more that we expected on the trade, added extended warr. and payments were a lot less than we expected.<br>This dealership is excellent all the way around. Verry nice hometown dealer that knows how to treat people.<br>

If you're looking for a good car buying experience, don't walk, but RUN from Hall's auto Sales. If you get a salesperson named Tom, expect him to be a complete jerk. Don't ask about price, he'll simply hang up on you. Their website is pitiful when it comes to car shopping. Not only is their sad excuse for a website, it's not user friendly, every car is kept a secret how much the car is forcing you to call. This is obviously their way of controlling their customers into paying as much as possible for a car, instead of offering good deals. Anyone that buys a car occasionally knows that good customer service and offering great deals is the way to win customers, not hanging up on them and keeping it a secret how much cars are.
