We worked with Laura who was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I purchased a 2025 Genesis which I really like. The issue I had was when I pick up the car, Laura was on vacation and I was to deal with Jonathan. I called the dealership prior to arrival and when I arrived the car was not ready .I was told they thought I was coming a different day, I did call a head and I was told they would inform Jonathan There it was still sitting in the showroom, not cleaned, missing luggage racks and needed gas tank topped off as agreed. I had to sit and wait for him to complete items and my brand new car still wasn’t washed. Manager was aware.

An update on yesterdays review. Later in the day I received a phone call from Tom Ahl himself. He apologised profusely, he wasn't aware of the current Hyundai service department wait time. He offered to "MAKE THINGS RIGHT ". He instructed me to bring the car in the following morning, I may have to leave it for the day and if that was the case I would be given the use of a loner. He wanted me to have a working air conditioner for the weekend. I opted to wait in the comfortable waiting area. Within 2 hours I was able to drive home. Well done Tom Alh you know how to go totally above and beyond to "MAKE THINGS RIGHT ". Yes I only gave 4 stars as I have to see if there is a find leak in the air conditioner. The air conditioner has been tested and filled with new freon that has a dye in it. If there is a leak the dye will indicate where it is. Yes I am a happy Hyundai customer/owner again.
