Scott went beyond sales to help me get into a used - Stranded Grandmother

Scott went beyond sales to help me get into a used Cadillac on his day off. He not only brought the car to me to test drive, but later the same day he took me to my credit union to pick up the check to purchase the Cadillac. The lot was closing at 6pm and he talked to finance and arranged for finance to wait until we could get back there with the check so I could drive home! Briefly, I had been without a car for 5 days due to a car accident in April, where my Cadillac was totaled by my insurance company and I was stranded due to unusual circumstances.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing - tladner

I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from Edwards Chevrolet—especially an out-of-state buyer—look elsewhere. I purchased a 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe from Edwards that was sold to me as new, although it had been used as a service/courtesy vehicle. Because I live out of state, I specifically asked Kendra, the New Car Sales Manager, about the vehicle's condition before placing my deposit. In a recorded conversation, I asked whether it had any damage, even specifically mentioning rock chips. I was repeatedly told no. Kendra emphasized Edwards' transparency with out-of-state customers and assured me they would disclose everything they saw on the vehicle. I relied on those representations when I moved forward with the purchase. When I picked up the Tahoe, it was raining heavily and the vehicle was wet. The next morning, still unaware of any damage, I spent $1,725.75 on services including 3M paint protection film. After returning home and washing the Tahoe, I discovered hail dents. Seven days after purchase, an independent PDR professional inspected it and documented evidence of prior PDR on the hood and sides, some poorly performed, while the roof and rails remained unrepaired. The estimate to properly repair the dents was $2,709.40. I did not drive through hail after purchasing the Tahoe. The prior PDR obviously existed before I owned it. When I raised the issue with Edwards, Kendra even made the remarkable comment that it “never hails” in Council Bluffs. I found that response particularly difficult to reconcile with everything I had been told about transparency before the sale. Richard Albergucci, the General Manager, denied responsibility. His written denial stated that I had the opportunity to inspect the Tahoe when I placed my deposit. That is incorrect—I placed the deposit while I was out of state, before I had ever seen the vehicle. I explained this and provided the professional findings, photographs and estimate. Richard responded that it did not change Edwards' position. I wasn't asking to return the Tahoe. I like it and want to keep it. I simply asked Edwards to properly repair the pre-existing damage and restore the vehicle to the condition I reasonably believed I was purchasing. I later escalated the matter to Chevrolet/GM, which told me its internal dealership-complaint team was reviewing the matter with Edwards. I allowed that process time to work, but Edwards has never contacted me with a resolution. I do want to acknowledge that Max, my salesperson, was friendly, patient and professional, and I have no reason to believe he knew about the prior damage. What disappoints me most is the difference between the emphasis on transparency before the sale and the response after the sale. Buying a new vehicle from hundreds of miles away requires trust. Based on my experience with Kendra, Richard and Edwards Chevrolet, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership and strongly encourage prospective buyers to consider taking their business elsewhere.

Amazing Dealer - Lover90

I worked with Brandon Vaughan and he was very professional and very helpful. I would recommend him and Larson Motors anytime. They always have a huge selection of vehicles to pick from. Their service staff is very friendly. I could not ask for anything better from a dealership. If you are in the market for a vehicle ask for Brandon @ Larson Motors and you will not be disappointed. Also, Bobby Brown got my deal approved. Brandon and Bobby have an excellent team work effort for the maximum benefit of the customer. Highly recommended!!!
