I purchased 4 vehicles from them the last 20 years. Now they have been bought out by Lynch. But would think the place in Glendale would be the same. I normally do my own maintenance but they talked me into the Pre-Paid maintenance plan because of their Warranty for Ever program. Not only did they strip out all my lug nuts while rotating my tires (using the wrong size socket) but I also found my oil filter leaking twice as it wasn't tightened all the way. They also over tightened the body cover stripping all the plastic screws as well. Granted, this was all done in their quick lube. Than when they were bought out by Lynch, they offered me $80 to cancel my pre paid maintenance when I had 4 oil changes and 8 tire rotations left totalling over $400, A mere fraction of what was really owed to me. What a scam, stay away from AMATO

Terrible experience would never recommend this dealer. I had been in contact about a vehicle I was interested in as I was out of area. Pictures sent didn't show the reality of the rust on the vehicle. Found out after a few months of owning it that the rust is so advanced that the licensed Toyota dealer recommended not driving and replacing the whole frame. They offered no help but they would "patch weld it" for me at cost. when I pushed further he said I don't have to do anything to help since it's been almost a year. So basically the vehicle is worthless and I still owe 10k on it. Claimed it was a non smokers vehicle but when I picked up the car there was cigarette ash everywhere. Lied about recent maintenance that had been done that ended up costing me 1k right off the bat. Beware they are predatory and scammers. I'm now stuck trying to figure out how to recover my lost investment in a vehicle that's now essentially worthless. 0 stars if I could. Tried to reason with the owner to get some sort of recoup or anything but stonewalled. I have reported the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER

My car, SUV and truck are serviced here. Excellent and caring workmanship performed. My vehicles are checked over completely each time. The prices are fair. Only quality parts are used and recommended. I'm treated like family. They have loaner vehicles to use when your vehicle is in for service. They were even able to do the brakes on my living quarters horse trailer. I'm done with the mega dealerships where you're just a number.

Bought a 14 Passat from here on a saturday the very next day we started having lights and low oil pressure warnings on. Called the dealer the following Mon. and they said if it pops on again we will have to get it in to look at it. It did come back on so I called, they took it in and said it was because of bad oil so they claimed to have changed it. Even put a new sticker on the window and gave me a print out stating oil change. I dont know why the oil wasn't changed before in went on the lot for sale seeing as the tag on the window from Valvoline said it was due in 1000 miles. Oil change is cheap and a good thing for a customer to see. But any ways...... When I went to pick the car up oil change is what they claimed. I laughed and said ok. Couple days later warnings are on again, ended up having the car towed to a VW shop. Long story short after diag from the shop the engine is SHOT. And was told "someone had recently replaced both oil pressure sensors". This shop is unable to get to the car for at least a month so we went to another VW shop which did their own diag. Sent me full write up and pictures. The "new oil change" that didnt even have 500 miles on it looked like 8k mile oil and was full of metal flakes. As well as A.H. claims to have safety inspected the car yet we found that one of the rear control arms is rotted out. I mention this to him and he says "I guess we missed that". He did offer to trade the car out for another car off the lot. But my son did not like any of the cars there accept a Jetta which I could CLEARLY tell had been flooded. And i found cars with loose body panels and parts held on by hose clamps. Or the cars were very high mileage and high priced for what they were. When I explained every thing that shows this was a flooded car that simply had not been reported to carfax they said "all we can do is go off the car fax which is clean." There was dried mud in the truck, around the door cards, and in the seats. This is just a shortened version of the full story. We are done and set with the car, only putting this out there for others to see and be very warry, take what ever you are looking at to a shop. I know what im doing, I drove this car for an hour before buying and nothing seemed wrong, no lights, and no warnings. There were no codes in the computer (thinking they had been deleted) When both shops had read all the codes that showed up the very next day after we bought the car (not even 24 hrs later) and all reported low oil pressures.

This is my 3rd time using them. Jim found me the exact car I was looking for! Gave me a very fair trade in price on my car I bought last time. I've had the car for a few weeks and it runs as if its new. Have recieved multiple compliments about how clean the car is for being a 2006. Sent a friend over and he purchased a nice Toyota truck from them a few days after mine. He said they blew away the prices of two other dealers with almost the same truck! VERY VERY HAPPY, and will use again!

I located a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder at Bargain Town Motor Cars. The people were very polite and accommodating to my time schedule. The Pathfinder was in good condition as advertised and after a test drive I purchased the Pathfinder. The rear camera was not working and they stated they would have it fixed when I came back to pick up the truck. They were true to their word and the pathfinder was washed up and ready to go with a working backup camera when I picked it up.
