Took 5 calls to get in touch with the salesman. Found oil leaks, broken upper engine mount and later warped brake rotors on the used car. None of these items were listed on the data sheet. Salesman, manager and service manager argued that these were not really leak or broken parts. Would not talk about reducing the price. Lousy salesmanship. Would not recommend.

The salesperson proved to be untrustworthy and incompetent. Unfortunately, it mostly came to light after the truck was purchased. Love the truck, but if this is how they treat customers in sales, no thanks! The service department has always been great, though.

Just bought a new F150 from breaman Merrill Ford and it was the best dealership experience we've ever had. Instead of worrying about the sale, salesman David Breaman took the time to listen to what we wanted and matched us with the truck. I have purchased a number of vehicles from Hughes Service. I go back because of their customer service in the sales and also the repairs/maintenance. We now own a 2014 Escape purchased new and a 2018 Escape purchased new from them. We love them both. By far the best vehicle we have owned.

A stressful experience made easy - Dolphin

My car was dying. It's 16 years old and was slowly going downhill. I ended up making the decision to lease a 2017 Ford Focus from Pioneer Ford. The guys at the dealership made the whole experience as stress free as possible. They laid everything out for me, were honest with me in regards to payments and paperwork and all the other information you need when you lease a car. I would never use another dealership. Mainly because, the car i mentioned that was dying, I originally bought it from them over 12 years ago. I'm a repeat customer for life.
