Oh my goodness! I was so leery of this company at first! Who in the world would drive all the way to Superior from Ashland to show me a vehicle I was interested in??? I loved the vehicle, so they let me put $500 down and brought it back for detailing. Then a few days later, they delivered it right to my home!! I can't say enough about Von Holzen!! My husband is in the hospital and he can't stop talking about Von Holzens service to all of the staff. He couldn't believe how they took care of me! They are definitely a company that prioritizes their customers!!

Highly Unprofessional Sales Staff - Rich

I agreed to a down payment so that they would transport a truck up from another dealership for me to look at. The email from the sales person explicitly stated that my down payment would be refunded if i decided that I didn't want the truck. I decided I didn't want the truck and they refused to refund me. I never signed anything or ever met them face to face. All communications was through email so i have documentation showing they have no grounds to keep my money. I tried calling the sales manager and he claimed I committed to buying a vehicle from them and would not read through the email conversation i had with the sales person. I would never do business with them in any capacity again!
