From initial contact, Brandon was very responsive and helpful, answering all questions I had regarding the car and the process of out of state sale. Even came out to pick me up at the hotel. Kyle made the finance process simple without any snags. Lois’ neatly organized documentation package made for a smooth DMV visit, which is unheard of. City Toyota has an amazing team up there!

Best Ford Dealership I have ever been too. All employee were awesome. But particularly Nicole, the lady who was working the check in at the service desk. I was 10 hours from home on a trip to Helena when my truck broke down. Limped it into the dealership and talked with Nicole. Not only did she help me right away, she actually diagnosed the problem before they ran the diagnosis. She knew here stuff. This dealership was busy with appointments and still found a way to get me in. And they did it in half the time they told me it would take. Having Nicole up front and her mechanic knowledge, lets me know that the mechanics doing the work must really know their stuff. And they all showed that!!! Thank You for making my vacation to Helena Great!!!

When I leased my Tacoma from the dealership the staff was professional and courteous. They showed me all of the different options and had a great selection of vehicles. They even offered to go and get a vehicle from another dealership to get me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Toyota of Helena.
