I want to give a shout out to AJ Freeman at MB of - rattini

I want to give a shout out to AJ Freeman at MB of Chesterfield . When an issue popped up with my used car right after I bought it, I was worried I'd be stuck dealing with a headache. AJ and Jim went above and beyond to make it right—getting me set up in a loaner vehicle and making sure the shop fixed the car properly. True integrity and fantastic customer service. Thank you!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Mercedes Benz - JaredE

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Mercedes Benz of St. Louis, and I can't thank John Lupia enough! From the start, John was incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs. I was looking for a very specific GLC with a set of features, and John went above and beyond to source the perfect one from another dealership. His communication was top-notch throughout the entire process, and he made sure everything was seamless. I truly appreciate his dedication to finding exactly what I wanted, and I’m beyond excited with my new vehicle. Highly recommend John and the team at Mercedes Benz of St. Louis if you're in the market for a new car! 5 stars all the way!
