I took my car in for service (oil change, tire going low pressure, and my battery was not charging. Come to find out, it was operator error. Nathan, very nicely, explained to me how the battery feature worked. He took time out of his busy day to explain every thing to me and showed me on the vehicle the features and what buttons to push. Very nice guy. Definitely going back to have them do any other work that needs done.

This has been the worst experience we have ever had buying a car. These folks are not honest with us about the car. They suggest getting a warranty, so they don’t have to be responsible for their dishonesty, Do not buy from them. We bought a car in May from them which has broken down 3 times on the side of the road now. We had the warranty , but have had to spend thousands of dollars towing the car. The car is still not fixed. It is a lemon. We have taken it to Subaru multiple times and the car continues to break down. We tried to reach out to the owners multiple times. The owner refuses to speak to me because my name is not on the car, even though I paid for the car. The owner refuses to refund any money or compensate us for the thousands of dollars on hotels and towing the car. This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything. I would not suggest to anyone to buy a car from Katy Motors. One excuse Brian gave me was that his mother was dying and he was busy. My mother is actually dying as well and I have not been able to be by her side because we have a broken down car. Brian didn’t seem to care about that, only that he doesn’t want to be responsible for his dishonesty- so he gives tons of excuses. Do not buy a car here!!

I have purchased 50 new cars over the years and this purchase of a 2025 Eray and working with Dustin Bailey is one of the best experiences i have ever had buying a new car. He is extremely knowledgeable. I know the owner personally and he is super likeable person as well and very honest which you can see carries over to his team. Horrible dealership. Bought a truck from there. The owner painted over the rust! He must have paid someone to pass the inspection, because the next year....it didn't pass! Tried to hike the cost up when we had agreed on a price! What wasn't wrong with it. Then accused us of wrecking our old car the night before. Nope! Shop at your own risk!! If I could rank them a zero I would!

Found a 60k mile F-350 at the local Ford dealer and they had Loen and crew at Burkholder Truck Sales install the running boards and wheel simulators. I also had to get a fifth-wheel hitch and mud flaps installed. Per the company, I was leasing on with, I needed mud flaps but they had no specs listed for the proper height in the initial paperwork but the day after the installation of the mud flaps I found they could be no more than 6 inches from the ground. I called Leon first thing that Saturday morning (they close at Noon) to have them adjusted. He worked to remove and re-install them for an hour and a half and only charged me a minimal additional charge. Great place to have accessories installed and purchase virtually any towing need you may have at a fair price. Just good people to do business with.
