I trusted Audi of Baton Rouge with a repair for a broken hood latch. After a months-long service stay, the vehicle was returned with additional hood damage and a latch that does not properly secure the hood. The hood release mechanism also no longer functions correctly, making the vehicle unsafe to drive at highway speeds. I attempted to resolve the issue directly with the service department, including Hanna Lewis, but received no response. At this point, I am escalating the matter through corporate and regulatory channels.
