In a many years that I’ve had dealings with car dealerships, he certainly exceeds the expectation. I first met him when he was at the Dodge dealership. He is always conducted himself in a professional and sincere transparent of willingness to help. When many people evaluate what dealership really is most would say it’s Service after the sale and he exceeds in that manner in every way if he tells you he’s gonna get back with you, he does follow through is great. You have a valued employee there that is impacting the perception in a positive way of the Cadillac dealership.
