I called at 11am to see if they could get me in to have my oil changed. They told me to come at 1pm, which was perfect for me. They were very quick and I was on my way. I am very pleased with my experience at Paul Murray Ford.

I have always tried to avoid dealerships because of their reputation but my car had a couple of recalls that needed to be addressed so I went to Platinum Ford. They were FABULOUS and Dorian was great. While it was there I had them change the oil and they rotated the tires and even washed the outside. I had mentioned that I thought my transmission was going out and they said it would be about $199 to diagnose and asked me what was happening. We went on a test drive and naturally it didn't "clunk". We came back and Dorian opened the hood and saw that there was some type of hose that had been disconnected from a previous service from someone in Forney. He reconnected it and made sure it was tight and said he thought that might be the problem and suggested I drive it for a bit and see if it happens again. He could have easily taken my money for a diagnostic. Good news, it has been fine so far and they will have my business for their honesty. If and when the transmission goes out, will definitely go there and will be going there for all my future oil changes and needs.

Had an issue with my bluetooth phone not connecting on my Ford Escape. I walked into the sales dept and asked who I should go to for help. A very nice salesman, Ricardo, quickly assisted me and got my phone synced again.
