Don't take your vehicle to this dealer for repairs. I took my sons 2012 Silverado in for a air bag recall and the technician cracked the dash. I talked to Dalton the service writer and he said there was nothing he could do and that it was a common problem. I then talked to Brad Tegeler the Service manager and he said the only thing they could do was to replace it at cost. Why should a customer pay for their incompetency. Its a shame people/businesses wont take ownership for their mistakes. I was in the process of buying a new truck and had originally talked to one of their salesman. I wont do business with someone that wont do what's right and hope you don't either.

Excellent experience with fine people at Traditions Chevrolet. You can tell they care about the customer's experience, because mine was great. From the owner Mr. Abdul, to the General Sales Manager Jon, to my Salesman Enoe, who was very professional and patient, and who worked very well with my time line. Small dealership with big character. Thanks to you all. Highly recommended.
