My Tucson SUV Hybrid with 30k mi was towed there for battery failure. Sat there and didn't diagnose for 2 wks. Took another 5 wks to fix. Drove
1 day, failed again. Took another week. Meanwhile didn't do routine maintenance as repeatedly requested. The maintenance routines are scheduled at least 2 mos out! Upon picking up the car the second time was told that I had caused a tiny scratch below the headlite of my loaner and that I would have to file a collision claim for their car. I did NOT hit anything!! They dinged my insurance nearly $2000 for this plastic scratch! I was lied to, treated rudely, and held hostage for them to release my own car back to me until I paid them directly my insurance deductible payment and provided them a claim number. I was subsequently contacted by text after, 2x's by 2 service mgrs that "before taking a survey from Hyundai on my satisfaction if my experience wasn't excellent, please call (link)". Having said all that needed to be said while there, I didn't call. Needless to say Hyundai never contacted me for their survey. Clearly they cherry pick the survey responses, so buyer beware! After all the issues with repairs and delays, I no longer have faith in the reliability of this car and certainly not in this dealorship!
