I had been looking at multiple dealer inventories online and speaking with different salespeople but Neil is by far the most personable, prompt and efficient. I've had my 2018 Mini Cooper less then a year. I've had to have it towed 4 times do to the car shutting down. And this last time it cost me close to $1000. I worry when I drive it if I will make it to where I am going. Never in all my years of driving preowned cars have I had a car with so many issues as I have with this car I less then a year of owning it. I am very unhappy with this entire purchase. My DREAM CAR turned into a NIGHTMARE!!
