worst experience I have ever endured in 56 year. they sold me a heap of junk Mesa Ridge. in the shop more than not in the first year. Never fixed the problems, now I am paying out of pocket to fix them all.

Do not buy from these people. We purchased a 2022 Fleetwood Bounder RV 5/2022, took it out two times and the second time it flooded from the cheap part connecting the tube on the back of the toilet. The insurance warranty was garbage as they wanted it to be towed to fix it when we got to the RV park in Newport Beach when all we needed was a tech to come out to fix it. We had to pay a tech out of our own pocket to deal with it as we would of had no place to stay. The warranty was crap. The cabinets buckled with water damage etc. This was in July 2022. They got us in to their repair 8/9/22 as they were booked, Parts didn't come til Oct 2022, when they realized our catalytic converter was stolen on their repair lot, they were uncooperative in making it a priority to replace. Had to hire a lemon law attorney 1/23 to deal with them, they stopped work. They didn't care that we have been paying $1,500 a month on paying for it and another $250 a month on insurance now for over a year, being that its 10/18/23 and our attorney is still dealing with them. We had to cancel our camping trips we paid for and its been a huge mess. Zero consideration for us the customer from the dealer and the manufacturer. This was purchased at the Sacramento Dealership and Davis location handled supposed repairs, which hasn't happened.

Stay away if you care about post sales service!!!!!!! I bought a 2020 Roadtrek Zion from Richardson's brand new. I have been trying to get some minor warranty work done on it for over 6 months and all I have gotten is the run-around and lies from my customer service rep "Jeff Starr". He has been nothing but patronizing and full of in-action. He comes loaded with excuses, while nothing gets completed on some fairly straightforward problem that Roadtrek has agreed to cover with my coach. Richardson's should be embarrassed by its service department and particularly with the way Mr. Starr represents this company to its customers. Not only will I never use Richardson's for service in the future, but I also would never even consider buying another coach/trading mine in for an upgrade from you. Furthermore, I will make every effort to ensure that my views are published on public review sites. If I were the owner of this company, I would be appalled by your customer service department. Not that I would expect the owner to see this review as I am sure bad news gets filtered out but I hope he does.

Worst experience with any company/business ever. Sold me a new, but damaged and defective high end RV, then denied & concealed the defects/damage, and lied about it. Dishonest, incompetent, and disgraceful behavior. Stuck with a lemon with no recourse. Avoid this dealership if you value integrity/honesty.

Serious lack of Honesty and Integrity. After bringing my coach and tow-car in for service work, and after spending over $6000... it was pointed out there was damage done to the passenger side of my 2020 Entegra 45' coach (during the oil change) where the mechanic got too close to something in their shop. They were immediately notified. It took several followup phone calls to get a response from CJ (service manager) and took him over 5 days to respond. As we were traveling/moving, he instructed me to get the cost of repairs from my destination dealer and he would "kick it upstairs...for reimbursement". On CJ's request, I sent him photos of the damage...and took him at his word. After eventually sending him the repair estimate (several weeks ago) from NIRVC in Tennessee, and calling both CJ and Fernando, the branch manager, 12 times, they NEVER returned any of my calls or responded to any of my emails. Obviously playing "catch me if you can"! The cost of the repairs was a fraction of what they overcharged me... but have proven to be extremely dishonest and NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I no longer trust this company for any future business. Gladly, hearing of my experience, it successfully dissuaded one friend in the area to buy his brand new 5th wheel from a competitor dealership which he just recently took delivery of (can't imagine what that cost them). I was in business for 40 years, and have NEVER treated a good customer with such low regard and disrespect. At best their work was minimal, but their word is worthless and their integrity, if possible, is even worse. No one should put themselves in a position where you are at the mercy of MTRV’s corrupted management style where their total lack of business ethics will put you at risk.

“Beware” After a month of research, I ended up making the biggest mistake, I chose a 2023 Wayfarer 25RW Tiffin motorhome from Mike Thompson Rv. I paid $175000 for the biggest pile of junk on this planet. Let’s start with the dealership. Sales people are not trained properly on all the products they sell. They lie and say yes to anything you ask to get the Sale. They are suppose to show you how to use all the features, my orientation lasted less than an hour with a person that knew nothing about this particular motorhome, anything I asked, the answer was, I don’t know. I drove out of the dealership without knowing the location of the USB input to activate Apple CarPlay. The following day I spent a whole day on YouTube to figure out how to use everything. I bought this motorhome to start traveling, specifically a Vancouver trip from California. On day #4 we took off from Los Angeles towards Vancouver, did not make it past Sacramento, had to drive back because everything in this motorhome stopped working one after another. First thing we noticed, the refrigerator was not getting cold, it was plugged in while we were loading the motorhome all day, then 8 hours of driving, never got cold. Second, it was a very hot day, to use the air conditioning, I had to leave the generator on, after a couple of hours, the generator stopped running, so now we also lost the air-conditioning. We decided to turn around and head back home before we got stock out in the middle of no where. I drove the motorhome back to the dealership the next day. It is now almost 3 months that I purchased this RV, and it is still in the dealership, I’ve only used it for four days. The dealership doesn’t do any repairs themselves, apparently they drove the RV almost 30 miles out to another location to get the generator fixed, it has been there for over two weeks and now I am told it’s going to be another two weeks before they get it back. After two weeks hopefully if it’s back, they are planning to send it out to another location so that the refrigerator can be fixed. When that is fixed and sent back, they are planning to send Rv back to Mercedes for issues with the key fob & brakes. They say it will be at least another 2 to 4 weeks before I even see the motorhome. When I called to complain about this situation, I was told if I wanted to, I could pick up the motorhome and take it to all these places myself. LOL, so basically I paid $175k for a brand new motorhome to take it from one repair shop to another!!! (I don’t think so) At 60 years old, I thought I have seen it all and learned from my mistakes, boy was I wrong. I called Tiffin motorhomes twice and left a message for someone to call me back and assist with all these issues, no one called. I called Mike Thompson’s Head Quarter, and left several messages for them to call me, finally someone named Bob called and said he would look into it and get back to me, he never did. Basically, I got the short end of the stick. I am in the process of retaining an Attorney to get myself out of this nightmare. I would not recommend Tiffin Motorhome’s, nor would I recommend purchasing an RV from Mike Thompson unless you like playing Russian roulette.
