Very disappointed in the service department. When I called to make annual service appointment. I was not aware my car warranty expired. Took my car for an oil change. When I checked in, they never told me there would be a charge for my visit. After my car was complete I was told I owed 400.00. I questioned why I was being charged. I was told they told me when I made my appointment that my warranty expired. They absolutely never said anything because I would have asked how much my service would cost and would NEVER agree to a $400.00 oil change and car wash. Very disappointed that I never got notification from Mercedes of my warranty expired and that I was lied to by service department that they told me ahead of time.
Updated Review: Mercedes Manager, Matt Kelleher, immediately called me after receiving my email and my concerns. Matt apologized and we agreed upon a resolution that was satisfactory to my original complaint. I was very impressed that Matt called me on a Sunday within an hour of me sending the email. This is great customer service acknowledging in a timely manner. Thank you Matt!
