Clean, tidy and they have a lovely coffee machine! They were very welcoming upon entry and Elena wasted no time to get the ball rolling. I had inquired about a Stelvio a week prior and mentioned I would be flying in from Las Vegas. Upon arrival Elena spotted me and we began the purchasing process. Later Nick arrived and began the paper work. Both, Elena and Nick, were straight to the point and no xxxxxxxx in between. (Do excuse my language) They we’re both very helpful and the entire process was quick. Perhaps it could have been even faster, but we were just choppin it up. I will definitely be back in the future. Our experience was flawless when buying our Lexus from Dmitri at Van Nuys Alfa Romeo about six months ago. The car is great, we are really happy with it. Dmitri was patient, helpful, informative, and very very easy to talk to without any pressure to decide one way or the other. I just bought one car and leased another at Maserati Auto Gallery Calabasas and my experience could not have been better. The salesman (John) was very friendly. Scott Richards in finance was great. However, it was the General Sales Manager Fabrizio who was a rock star. He didn't play any games. He was very fair on the price he gave on my trades and made very transparent deals. In other words he showed me their invoices, their costs, their profits, everything. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a high end car. They will find you what you want and treat you fairly.

The E-Sales Department gave me a quote, but refused to honor - autogallersucks

I contacted the E-sales department asking if they were willing to match a particular deal. the salesman kept me on for 20 minutes while he went to get "manager approval" at the end he confirmed that they would be willing to extend me the deal if i came in that day. 2 hours later when i show up i'm informed the manager thought i wasn't serous so he said yes but in reality he wasn't willing to give me the deal. when i spoke to the manager he pretended he wasn't the manager and that he never approved such a deal. then he proceeds to tell me if i want the car i'd have to pay 30% more and that i'm stupid for thinking anyone would ever offer a ghibli for $540 a month... This is not the place to buy a luxury car, they treat you like xxxx, they insult your intelligence and have no respect for your time.
