Leasing my new Audi Q6 at Audi Napa Valley was an excellent experience from start to finish. Devin was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. He explained everything in detail without ever trying to upsell or pressure me, which made the whole process feel effortless. On top of that, he walked me through all the features of the car and made sure I was completely comfortable before driving off. The level of care and professionalism made me feel valued as a customer. I’d highly recommend Audi Napa Valley, and Devin in particular, to anyone considering an Audi.

Buyer beware for anyone buying from out of state. This dealer (Swickard brand dealers) are friendly at first, but once they take payment and you have an issue they simply DO NOT CARE. Had multiple problems with transportation of my purchased vehicle and the trade. Problems with missing components on the vehicle, problems with the vehicle condition not being 100% of their advertising and them deliberately hiding minor damage. Delays in their communication. Delays in my trade payoff being done on time, resulting in issues with my lender. The list goes on. They just simply do not care and will not do anything to help resolve. Even escalated to the owner principle and their "customer experience" inbox. All they said was that the GM would contact me to resolve but of course they never did, because, you guess it - THEY DO NOT CARE. It's almost like they go out of their way to make the buying experience miserable. Just avoid and buy at a quality dealership that's not scammy.
