This service department now charges a service fee of 2.5 % . Did not know this while dropping off my car only after I had to pay. Didn't inform me at the time they kept finding more wrong with my car and the bill was 50.00 dollar added to the bill. This is the biggest rip off. Watch out people this could cost you more than you can imagine. This company is using unrel practices.

I went to look at at other vehicles prior to visiting Servco Honolulu. Walked in Rodel helped me and took me around the lot to find specific features I was looking for. However I didn’t get what I initially wanted, but I drove off in an excellent priced Tacoma. Would do business again with the folks at Servco Honolulu.
