Mike was friendly ,informative, didnt play salesman games,and was very straightforward and honest. I would buy here again. If the facility was a little nicer and better equipped for customers I'd give them 5 stars.

Worst experience of my life after I signed the financial documents. The finance manager told me I needed a gun. There was a safe in between the seats being a single woman he said that in front of my autistic child, my son never went with me in the van, I do not recommend this place whatsoever. That was just the beginning of all the mishaps terrible place.!

They lied to us when they stated our used RV was in top shape and ready to roll! Issue with the water heater, loose wires hanging down, plus a missing wood strip, a dirty mattress and a defective Catalytic Converter. They claim to have thoroughly cleaned it, which is a lie! We are done with their lies and poorly run service department. I do not recommend them!!!

My wife and I purchased a 2022 Grand Design 320G from RV Country in Coburg, Or in Oct '21. We were totally impressed with the purchase process from beginning to end. All the organizations including Sales, Service, Walk-Through and Finance were on top of their game. The communication was excellent and the people were customer focused and fun to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend this site and team.
Pricing of new motorhome - Jimbob
A few weeks ago we purchased a new motorhome with 2700 miles on it. Winnebago Intent 31P. Now I see on their site they are selling the same model for 85k. Heck I paid 96k after my trade and 5k down. The 2018 Intent they are advertising has 2113 miles on it. Something seems a little dishonest here. Then I see they are advertising my trade in Winnebago for 170k and in 2015 I only paid 135k. What a joke. I won’t be going back to Guaranty any time soon. More like never. I was hesitant to go there because of previous experience a few years ago. Now I guess it’s over...Good bye Guaranty. Not on my recommend list.. Jim Pautot
