The first thing that impressed me about West Hills Kia was how easy it was for me to make an appointment to have my car serviced. My call was answered and I had my appointment booked in a matter of minutes. When I tried to make an appointment with the dealership where I purchased the car, I was transferred to the service department and listened to the phone ringing for at least 10 minutes with no answer.
