Was in the dealership a couple of times letting them know what I was looking for. They let me know they had a vehicle I was interested in and would I take a look at it. I went in and much to my surprise it was just about the perfect vehicle we were looking for. Made them and offer, a little back and forth, we settled on a price I could live with. Good customer service and a salesman ( Marc Gadison) we could work with. Overall a great experince that you don't usually find at a dealership. We highly recommend James Triggs at Harnish in Puyallup to anyone. James is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. He knew what we wanted and didn't want in a car, with so many options out there we just didn't know exactly to get the best vehicle that fit our needs and budget. James knew exactly how to get us what we were looking for. It was refreshing to come to a dealership and have someone listen to us. We also got a tour of the dealership and were well informed about the service department. We were treated with integrity and honesty.
