Great experience We recently leased a new Jeep Cherokee with Ajay and had a great experience, even with the unforseen hiccups in the process. Ajay was on top of it and kept in close contact for the whole process, seeing it through until the end. Not to mention the great price we ended up locking in!! We love our new car and we were so happy to work with Ajay during this process. More

Great experience Mike listened to my list of wants and worked hard to find me the truck I wanted. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process and made Mike listened to my list of wants and worked hard to find me the truck I wanted. Ed the finance guy was engaging and even had a toy for my 6 year old to play with while we did all the paperwork. Definitely the BEST experience at any dealership hands down and I highly recommend Mike as a salesman. More

STAY AWAY I had emailed the dealership and negotiated a deal on a new vehicle where they were going to take $3,800 off the sticker price. I brought my car in to see what they would give me for a trade in. The number they came back with was very generous .... but then they told me that because they were willing to be so generous on the trade in, I had to pay full sticker price for the new vehicle!! So getting a good deal on my trade in cost me $3,800 on the other end. When I got up to leave, the salesperson was clearly annoyed ... I guess because I wasn't blown away by his 'generosity'?? I don't know if anyone ever really gets a good deal at this place. If you think they're giving you one, you should look again, because you're probably being taken. STAY AWAY More

Takes over 2 weeks to get an appointment First oil change and it took 2.5 weeks to get an appointment... and for no specific time. So after waiting 2.5 weeks for the appointment, I still had First oil change and it took 2.5 weeks to get an appointment... and for no specific time. So after waiting 2.5 weeks for the appointment, I still had to wait almost 3 hours for a simple oil change. No planning at all on their part. I chalked it off as a one-off issue and the fact that it was "just an oil change" being the issue. But 30 days later when my truck was leaking oil - it took 3 weeks to get an appointment. Seriously... 3 weeks. Go somewhere else for service if you need something done. Otherwise, plan to make routine maintenance appointments weeks or months in advance. More

This deal *******OWNER BILL was about to work with us and resolve some of these issues mentioned below. Thank you, Bill. I am very unsatisfied... This dealership is unprofessional and not helpful. They do not care for their customers and are not loyal... I will NEVER buy another car from Dover Dodge and I will be sure to spread the word to all family and friends. My husbands lease was ending and he went to DD to shop around. Found another dodge he liked and was pressured into signing and leasing the truck that day. Meanwhile, we had end of lease inspection set up for the following week. They took our old truck, told us to cancel the inspection, and assured us that everything looked fine with the vehicle and no additional charges should be sent to us. We stated that we didn't want to be charged for additional damage on the vehicle or return lease fees, which they said we wouldn't. Long story short they rushed the deal, took our old truck and my husband left with the new lease. A month later we get a $900 bill from the leasing company for additional exterior damage to the truck as well as return lease fees. I called the company and they said the dealership should have explained this all to us and at the least should have signed the new lease with the same company to not have additional fees. They suggested I call the dealership. I did so, spoke with the Sales Manager Rob who told me he was sorry and understood my frustration and would get back to me with a resolution.About two weeks later after leaving two messages, I get an email not even phone call back, not helping my situation at all. Pointless email from Rob that left back back at square one. We were pretty much pressured into getting the new truck and lied to so the dealership made the deal that day. They told my husband they didn't want him going to another dodge dealership and leasing a truck elsewhere. Meanwhile, my husband and I are sending family members to DD and to thank them we provided them with FOP cards. Total thieves. Don't waste your time here. Go elsewhere! It's sad that such a large dealership doesn't have respect and take care if their customers, especially when they are WRONG! More

Poor Management Customer Service Like all car dealerships, the Dover Dodge used car folk like you when you're buying. They promise to fix anything within reason within 30 days. My first ride from the dealership was lovely, until I had to use the visor to block the sun glare. The entire vanity mirror fell into my lap in pieces, with the light hanging in my field of vision. I reported it to the salesman the next day and was assured it would be taken care of. When It went in for repairs the Service manager told me the Sales manager refused to approve this items for repair. I emailed the dealership on several occasion, and never received a single return email. So the little automated voicemails that they are all about customer service, is just a lie. Sales were good, Service was good, Management failed their promise of customer service. I will NEVER use or recommend this dealership to anyone. More
