They scheduled me for a transmission appt on a Saturday and then told me when I arrived on Saturday that transmission mechanics don’t work Saturdays. I have 4 kids was given a small loaner which was ok bec and then told me when I arrived on Saturday that transmission mechanics don’t work Saturdays. The front desk women was very polite and helpful kept apologizing that no one has called me back. Finally at 5 I called again and she must have felt bad and went back herself and told me my car is ready. That was my first and last visit at that dealer. More
