Best customer service at a car dealership I went to three Honda dealers in the Capital District. One, I had an awful experience. The customer service, if I had to rate it, was a -1. Another, made me feel like it was just another day of selling cars to them. When I arrived at Mohawk Honda, AJ Metzold greeted me in the parking lot. He was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He found the exact car I wanted. He thoroughly explained all the details of the CRV I wanted. Junior Yogendra went over all of the electronic functions of the car and hooked up my cell phone, contacts, etc.. for me. He even gave me his number in the event I needed assistance with it in the future. Tom Ryan explained all the details of my financing. He even was able to work out a price I could afford on an added warranty. And, Ashley Dobbs kept in contact with me for several months about the options of pricing and availability of the type of CRV I wanted. All four employees were very friendly and open to assist me. I would definitely recommend Mohawk Honda to others and use them in the future. More

Prior to my visit I called and was given useful information by an internet sales consultant. It's the reason I decided to travel a bit farther from home and it was worth the trip. My sales associate on site was also knowledgeable and thorough. I was satisfied with the price offered on the car I wished to buy. The amount I was given on my trade-in was very reasonable. The financing offers were clearly explained and the sales associate and the finance manager were patient as I asked many questions and took time to weigh my options. After purchasing the car, I met with a delivery coordinator who took me through all the features on my new car and gave me her full attention as I asked questions and worked through unfamiliar features. Every step of the process felt positive and productive. I am really grateful to the whole staff for making what is often a stress filled experience so enjoyable. Thanks to everyone. I will recommend Mohawk Honda to my friends and colleagues. More

After spending 4 hours there on a Wednesday, test driving cars that I never thought I could own I walked out with my dream car. My team took the impossible and made it possible. I walked in with a 2012 honda oddessy, I only bought 4 months prior, going through a divorce and not needing a 8 passenger or the high monthly payment I was looking for something cheaper,no money down and lower monthly payments. I feel in love with a jeep wrangler that was on the lot. I don't have great credit and having to roll over some of the depreciation of the oddessy my team work hard to get me financed. With little money down,poor credit,debt with the oddessy and little money down my team got me the jeep I've always wanted,lower monthly payments and a lower APR. WOW what a team. I can't thank you all enough for your time and dedication. This is the forth vehicle I've bought from mohawk honda and I'll be sure to bring my girls there for their first car. More
