I bought an older used car that was out of the factory warranty. There were some initial issues with the car, some of which were typical for a used car, some were the result of an honest mistake on their warranty. There were some initial issues with the car, some of which were typical for a used car, some were the result of an honest mistake on their part (hence the one star off for quality of work) but they were very accommodating and willing to stand by their product and make sure everything was right. I suspect that they didn't make much money on the car after all was said and done but as a result of their service I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a Volkswagen. More

My experience was pretty great, despite already being a part of the Fitzgerald Automall Family (I previously purchased a vehicle from their Rockville location). Several months ago I was searching the Internet because I thought I might like a Passat; however, I was not in the buying market at that time. I ended up on Fitzgerald's website and was quickly contacted by thought I might like a Passat; however, I was not in the buying market at that time. I ended up on Fitzgerald's website and was quickly contacted by A. J. Tucker in sales. We communicated via email and he answered all of my questions. After explaining that I really wasn't ready to buy yet he agreed to contact me in a few months and I agreed to call him if I was ready sooner. He checked in with me once and was very respectful when I said I still wasn't ready. I decided to go drive a Passat at the end of the year so I made arrangements to meet him then. I can not say how polite and friendly AJ Is as well as everyone I dealt with at Fitzgerald. I was so pleased with the car and the deal I was offered that I bought the car that night. AJ took his time and made sure i understood all the options on my car and how everything worked before I drove off the lot. I absolutely love my new car and this purchase was by far the best car buying experience ever! More

I found Fitzgerald Auto Mall during an Internet search....best find EVER!! I made an inquiry about a vehicle and AJ responded promptly. I gave AJ the makes and models of two other vehicles I was interested in and on the day of my showroom visit he had all three cars waiting for me. This was my first car purchase in almost 14 years...I tend to drive them until they drop...and AJ made it very pleasurable. Not once did I feel pressured and there was never any of the "let me go talk to manager" stuff or switching out of a more expensive vehicle. AJ was very patient, knowledgeable and understanding of my apprehension in purchasing a new car. In the end I purchased the first car I inquired about with the great price. I have thoroughly enjoyed driving my new car and my buying experience with AJ. I will certainly recommend him and Fitzgerald Auto Mall to friends and family. More

This is by far the best vehicle purchase experience that I have ever had in over 35 years of car buying. More
