I had a wonderful experience at this dealer. Everyone from the sales staff to the finance staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all questions I had. They are all great to work with, friendly, helpful and straight forward. I have recommended this dealership to numerous friends who were not even considering purchasing a Mazda beforehand. They have now purchased a combined total of over new 14 vehicles. Several of them including myself are now on number two or three new Mazdas purchased. I purchased one new vehicle from the Metro Mazda dealer and would never go back there for anything. It was a regretful experience. Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield is superior in every way. More

Sold me a faulty Suv I thought maybe I'd try a used car from a Car Dealer, never owned a semi new car before. The one I picked out seemed like a good deal, that was a Big I thought maybe I'd try a used car from a Car Dealer, never owned a semi new car before. The one I picked out seemed like a good deal, that was a Big Mistake, it was a 2004 Subaru Outback. It had a Bad Drive Line, Oil Leak. How can they get away with it, no is won't say it was a Good Deal anymore, in order to drive it I had to add oil at least once a week. I'll never buy from them again, plain and simple, go elsewhere if looking for a Honest Deal. More

Birthday present for wife Purchased day before pickup and trade in. Told them time we would be there for title trade and drive away. All paperwork was completed day before. Car wasn’t ready for delivery and had to wait a couple hours with no one acknowledging our presence! Left them with entire service records on trade in. Finally got second key, nobody installed computer radio navigation chip, or gave any tutorial on features of new car! Was not any memorable moment, but we all ready got your money now go away! We almost went to Schlossmann’s next door to borrow tools for a licsense swap and car wash, but we’re told we are expediteing it as far as possible. A J raised his hand toward us and motioned with a new customer no one else would take over,they were all outside smoking! More

Terrible management job Walked into dealership and the manager Nick said he would help get me into a car I had seen at another location. Shows me one on his lot and said let Walked into dealership and the manager Nick said he would help get me into a car I had seen at another location. Shows me one on his lot and said let me crunch some numbers. I'm sitting in the waiting area with the salesman Aj talking about regular stuff. Almost an hour goes by and Aj returns to me saying that the managers are in a meeting and for me to call back the next day after 12 noon to see any progress on the deal. The next day comes and I call Nick only to get his voicemail. I inform him I was in the previous day and would like to know what's going on if we can or can't get a deal going. I never hear anything back from him since the day I walked in. Terrible customer service and they ran my credit too many times now my credit has taken a hit which will not come off for 2 years. Thanks Russ Darrow Mazda. I hope no one considers buying from them if this is the type of treatment they are giving. I guess that's the "Darrow difference". More
