Horrible! !!!! My daughter was there to buy her first car with money she'd received from her father passing away recently. After a test drive she wanted to make !!!! My daughter was there to buy her first car with money she'd received from her father passing away recently. After a test drive she wanted to make an offer on the car. After our salesman going back to talk to someone over and over we decided to pay sticker price including tax,title and fees. Well Garth and the man behind the curtain decided they WOULD NOT sell us the car!!!!!! Informed us they had other people looking at it that had either a trade in or were financing. Garth sweetly said it was ours if we wanted to "up" the offer!! I felt so sad for my daughter that she witnessed the gross display of greed at Russ Darrow. More

This Mazda dealership was extremely clean and everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and nice. My sales associate, Bri, helped me get a great deal. AJ talked me through all the paperwork and I was in and worked with was knowledgeable and nice. My sales associate, Bri, helped me get a great deal. AJ talked me through all the paperwork and I was in and out with a new lease in less than 2.5 hours. Highly recommend! More

Very unhappy and disappointed with the whole process. No dealing on a used car, NONE! We paid cash and the person helping us with paperwork was sleep walking through the process. When we finished the deal, dealing on a used car, NONE! We paid cash and the person helping us with paperwork was sleep walking through the process. When we finished the deal, the car was missing the front mats, with a 5 inch diameter- 1 in deep hole in carpet and the windshield wiper was defective too! Called to asked if they had mats, but not a one in the entire dealership not even an offer to help. Again the whole situation from start to finish was disappointing. More
