Hello, my name is AJ Castin, Business Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. I entered the automotive industry in 2014 joining the Germain team in November of 2016. I dedicated to providing our guests a quality experience with my “customer first guarantee” philosophy. Born and raised in Pickerington, OH I graduated from Pickerington Central High School. I love the fact that Football is BIG in the Columbus area. When I’m not working I enjoy relaxing, being outdoors, watching football, and riding motorcycles. If I were to be a superhero, it would have to be the Hulk, he can be normal and a destroyer all at the same time. My favorite vacation getaway is Florida, I have a lot of family there and I and I can relax and kick back listening to my favorite song Fix by Chris Lane. I also am very mechanically inclined so I find myself getting into certain items the interest me. My favorite Toyota is the Tacoma, there are unlimited things you can do with them.

Beware the Finance Manager We were railroaded into getting a Toyota Credit Card to pay our downpayment and first month payment. We were assured it would not affect our credit ra We were railroaded into getting a Toyota Credit Card to pay our downpayment and first month payment. We were assured it would not affect our credit rating, etc. We wanted to pay cash but the finance guy, Asher Puri, literally forced the credit card on my wife. Our credit score went down almost 25 points on account of it . I would definitely say to watch out for the high pressure tactics of their finance people. If we do business with them again I will never deal with Asher again and may not do business at all if he is still employed with them. More

The experience exceeded my expectations. This was my fourth purchase from this dealership. I have always had a good experience with everyone I came into contact with. AJ took the time to pull the car out of the space, open the doors and wow me with the changes that Toyota had done with the Highlander. From there it only got better. Lincoln was careful to make sure I was happy with the final deal and took the time to say goodbye at the end of the evening. Awesome customer service!! More
