I was born in Silvis, Illinois and currently reside in Moline. I graduated form Rockridge High School on 2001. My appreciation for the automotive industry came as a young child with my family also being in the automotive industry. I began my career at Zimmerman as a lot porter in 2002, and in 2004 was promoted to an entry level technician in the service department. With years of experience as a used vehicle technician and associated training, I accepted a new position as a Service Advisor in 2012, and most recently service manager in 2021. It is my priority to ensure your vehicle is serviced accurately and timely to make your experience in Zimmerman service an excellent one. I am an avid Cubs and Bears fan who enjoys taking in a game or two when I can get away. Great dealership to do business with as they are always kind prior to & during the transaction. Best Service Experience My experience with Zimmerman has always been great. We purchased our Acura new from Bob Lindsay in Peoria but have serviced our care at Zimmerman numerous times. Their facility is great, but more importantly their service is great. I have worked with both AJ and Brent and they were both very helpful! We have another brand of car that we take to the original dealership and the experience is always unpleasant because they are always trying to sell you extra service. I like working with Zimmerman knowing that what is recommended is well explained and necessary for the performance and longevity of our car. Trust is key! Great job team Zimmerman! More

Outstanding Experience from Service to Sales I have always loved the service team at Zimmerman Honda (specifically Brent Staner & AJ Castor). So when it came time to get a new vehicle I made an a I have always loved the service team at Zimmerman Honda (specifically Brent Staner & AJ Castor). So when it came time to get a new vehicle I made an appointment with Vanessa Lager. She was outstanding to work with, respected all of my wishes on what I wanted in a vehicle, and was highly knowledgable in the technology and features Honda vehicles offer. I had several requests such as upgrading the all season mats, cargo tray, and rear bumper application so Vanessa had Gary Ralston explain the wide variety of options to me. When it came time to actually finance the vehicle Blake Pelland walked me through everything. He was easy to understand and I was comfortable asking questions about specific warranties offered. Hands down an outstanding experience with an amazing team of employees. I would highly recommend Zimmerman Honda to anyone looking to purchase or service their vehicle. More
