Super happy with experience! ! We came as a walk-in on a Saturday morning hoping to make a decision if I wanted to purchase Mazda CX30 Carbon edition. We were met by Andrew Culros ! We came as a walk-in on a Saturday morning hoping to make a decision if I wanted to purchase Mazda CX30 Carbon edition. We were met by Andrew Culross, who helped us with a test drive. He walked us through all features and answered my million questions. He was super professional, patient and helpful in walking us through the trade I hoped would work with our numbers. He organized me through financing with Crystal, who was amazing as well, and had me driving out of the dealership super happy in my new car. Afterwords, he got my registration organized with my insurance. I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Andrew and Crystal for a great experience with purchase of a new car! More

I had a great experience purchasing my first new vehicle at this dealership. AJ was a pleasure to work with. He was communicative and knowledgeable about the Mazda vehicles but never coercive or pressuring at this dealership. AJ was a pleasure to work with. As someone who prefers to make an informed, thoughtful decision on a purchase of this scale, this made the whole experience far better for me compared to other dealerships I visited. More

My son was in the market to downsize from a full size pick up truck to a smaller, more economical vehicle. We went to other dealers, but came back to Wellesley Mazda as a dealership that operates without pick up truck to a smaller, more economical vehicle. We went to other dealers, but came back to Wellesley Mazda as a dealership that operates without the high pressure and the professionalism that you want. My son came in looking for a low milage used vehicle and came away with a new 2023 model. Not because of any high pressure sale, but the attention from AJ and the Manager to what he was looking for. In the end, he is very happy with Wellesley Mazda and AJ, highly recommend. Will be going back for my wife and I. More

I went into this dealership, had made an appt. online- walked in and immediately wasn't greeted by anyone for at least 10 mins while the staff continued to chat at the front desk. When finally get online- walked in and immediately wasn't greeted by anyone for at least 10 mins while the staff continued to chat at the front desk. When finally getting someone's attention- they had me waiting an additional 30 mins for my test drive that I again, had set up an appointment for. Finally, the salesman returned-AJ, and says they cant find the keys to the vehicle I am interested in that I had set up an appointment to test drive. I then asked can he physically show me it at the very least or can I see something else? To which he replied he would grab his manager, Cole. Cole came over and reiterated that they could not locate the keys and said AJ will reach out to me the following day to follow up and reschedule. I reached out to AJ this morning about setting up another time and still haven't heard anything- almost 5 hours later. I have a sales background and am all about positive customer service experiences and this truly was an embarrassing and disappointing display of operating a business. I wanted to buy that night and they sent me away without showing me ANYTHING else they had to offer BUT it must be because "they don't work on commission" according to AJ. They don't work on commission so therefore they disregard any sales leads. Corny. 10/10 do not recommend purchasing from this dealership. More
