My son was in the market to downsize from a full size pick up truck to a smaller, more economical vehicle. We went to other dealers, but came back to Wellesley Mazda as a dealership that operates without pick up truck to a smaller, more economical vehicle. My son came in looking for a low milage used vehicle and came away with a new 2023 model. Not because of any high pressure sale, but the attention from AJ and the Manager to what he was looking for. In the end, he is very happy with Wellesley Mazda and AJ, highly recommend. Will be going back for my wife and I. More

I went into this dealership, had made an appt. online- walked in and immediately wasn't greeted by anyone for at least 10 mins while the staff continued to chat at the front desk. When finally get online- walked in and immediately wasn't greeted by anyone for at least 10 mins while the staff continued to chat at the front desk. When finally getting someone's attention- they had me waiting an additional 30 mins for my test drive that I again, had set up an appointment for. Finally, the salesman returned-AJ, and says they cant find the keys to the vehicle I am interested in that I had set up an appointment to test drive. I then asked can he physically show me it at the very least or can I see something else? To which he replied he would grab his manager, Cole. Cole came over and reiterated that they could not locate the keys and said AJ will reach out to me the following day to follow up and reschedule. I reached out to AJ this morning about setting up another time and still haven't heard anything- almost 5 hours later. I have a sales background and am all about positive customer service experiences and this truly was an embarrassing and disappointing display of operating a business. I wanted to buy that night and they sent me away without showing me ANYTHING else they had to offer BUT it must be because "they don't work on commission" according to AJ. They don't work on commission so therefore they disregard any sales leads. Corny. 10/10 do not recommend purchasing from this dealership. More
