We had gone through a lot of bumps in the roads, a lot of cars that got sent to auction, and some cars that were just a no for me. BUT even with all of our pickiness, there wasn’t any frustration or aggression to make the sale. It was like I had a friend through the sale that actually cared about us and didn’t just worry about their commission and that truly means a lot. John was also just amazing at communicating and comforting us with through our options of warranty and give us a leg up which was really important for us.
