They were super patient with my indecisiveness and knowledgeable with answering my questions. I felt no pressure at all with my purchase, and feel confident with the car! They have a wide selection and do extensive work ups on each individual vehicle. Val and John were lighthearted and genuine which helped calm the first buyer nerves, and once we decided yes on the Civic, AJ was amazing! Helped explain everything on the financial side of things and helped it go smoothly from there. Would absolutely recommend for anybody looking for reliable and vouched for cars but not looking to pay the brand dealer price. More

We first discovered them a year ago when I purchased my dream car, and the experience was so incredible that we vowed never to go to another dealership again. Even though we live in New Market, Maryland, and the commute is over two hours, it is worth every mile traveled. Their expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail are beyond compare. But what truly sets them apart is something even deeper, you feel like you are being welcomed into a loving family. Their genuine care and authenticity are unlike anything I have ever experienced. They are a living example of what a car dealership can and should be. More

These people are the real deal. Integrity in a pre-owned dealership, a myth? No, they are the real deal. They treat you with authentic honesty and respect. Ray, AJ, and John guided Integrity in a pre-owned dealership, a myth? No, they are the real deal. They treat you with authentic honesty and respect. Ray, AJ, and John guided us through a two car purchase, met our needs and budget. They know the products and they know the financing, but above all, they have created a community of trust. Don't believe it. I had trouble at first, you have to experience it to really get it. I have bought 3 cars from them and will never go anywhere else. I look forward to going back to see them. Who looks forward to a interaction with a pre-owned vehicle dealer? I do now. Sounds incredible, yes I get it, but it is true.If you are in market for vehicle, just make an appt and walk in the door. They will do the rest. More

I will never buy a car from any other dealership other than Auto Fanatics. The people that work there are the most sincere and professional people I have ever dealt with at any business. Everyone went abo than Auto Fanatics. The people that work there are the most sincere and professional people I have ever dealt with at any business. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter got the car that she wanted, for the price she wanted. We actually did not want to leave the dealership. Never thought I'd feel that way about a car dealership. If you are looking for a car, go to Auto Fanatics. You will be so happy you did. And, they bought us lunch!!!! They are the absolute best. This place goes BEYOND expectations! ! As a first time buyer financing a car, I was honestly a little nervous, but they were so informative and helpful through everything. Everyone was ! As a first time buyer financing a car, I was honestly a little nervous, but they were so informative and helpful through everything. Everyone was communicative, kind, and just very down to earth. They were very upfront, open, transparent, and trustworthy, which made the whole experience feel comfortable. I’ve been looking everywhere for a good deal on a car, and I finally got one here compared to everywhere else I went! They also helped me get such an amazing deal on protection with the car and the loan, and actually explained everything so I understood it. They even took pictures of the car and were just overall so helpful the entire time. They offered food and drinks multiple times, which just shows how much they care. They’re also very responsive and always there to answer questions. I’ve honestly learned more about financing and buying a car here than at any other dealership. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and care about their customers. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!! More
