Unfortunately the service and customer service was poor. My vehicle was there for over 2 weeks while several things were looked at. I was told several times the service staff was understaffed but I’m not su My vehicle was there for over 2 weeks while several things were looked at. I was told several times the service staff was understaffed but I’m not sure why so many service appointments were accepted if that was the case. Every time I tried to get in contact I had to text, call, and leave a voicemail which would be unanswered. Twice I had to stop in in-person to get a response. When a part arrived I got a call to schedule my service appointment which was extremely concerning because the vehicle had been there for 2 weeks. More

I got a rental car instead of a loaner. When I returned the rental, I was charged extra for bringing it back with only a quarter of gas left in the tank. Seriously?! I just paid $1500 fo When I returned the rental, I was charged extra for bringing it back with only a quarter of gas left in the tank. Seriously?! I just paid $1500 for “routine” maintenance and had to drive a Ford rental for 4 days instead of a comparable loaner and now you’re charging me $20 to replace the gas I used? Not very classy for a high end car dealership. More
